Customer service needs immediate attention, and I mean immediate attention especially if you’re trying to compete with new restaurants, I think we are all well aware of the allure of all of the restaurants and attractions of downtown Detroit pulling away from business in Southfield so you would think you would do something about it but yet instead, the service is poor For a while on top of that who opens at 12 o’clock on a Sunday?

It is so hard to find good food. Against my better judgment went here anyway for a carry out, even checked the food before leaving. Even after all that the food was still horribly nasty ?. Ordered the pepper steak it was cold and unseasoned. I spent $26 just to throw the food out. The garlic bread barely had no garlic just terrible.

Whatever you do..... Don't order the shrimp. Ordered some jumbo shrimp that were fried and luckily some of the breading fell off. The shrimp had not been cleaned AT ALL. The best part about my experience was my server Shean. I'll never go back for anything other than drinks.

Let me start by saying, I did not dine in the restaurant-I just ordered carry-out, but the experience waiting was enough that I will never dine inside. I ordered lamb chops, mac n cheese, and seasoned green beans. I had high expectations, as I've heard great things about the food-from many people. But unfortunately, that was not my experience. The lamb chops were over seasoned-very heavy on the pepper; the mac n cheese was prepared in some cheese whiz/sauce, not even real cheese and the green beans were overcooked and dang near burned. I looked at my meal before I left to ensure I had what I ordered, I did-but that did not mean the taste would be up to par. The young lady who took my order was very nice, professional, the rest of the staff was not. I witnessed one server on facetime (she was not on break). Others just standing around in the waiting area, I assumed is designed for guests, really unprofessional. I realize employees sometimes take small breaks, but do not do it where the guests can see you and hear you. We don't want to. This was my first time, and my last.

Horrible experience waiting on order from Door Dash. Starters confirmed order at 8:30pm: after 2 Dashers waiting on food over 2 hours. They offered a slice of cake and a drink. This is unacceptable service!!!!!

We stood there for a minute to be seated. One of the staff members stood there as she was eating behind the counter. The food and drinks were superb.

We showed up unexpectedly with 20 people which consisted of parents and volleyball players. They told us they would get us in no problem in about 30 minutes. It was very busy so I expected it would be a disaster. It was the exact opposite! They got every order right and every check was right. We go to high end steak houses all the time and my steak was the third of the price and nearly as good! Wish I lived closer we would be there more often. Our only regret was not getting our servers name so I could mention her on here.
