This subway is very unprofessional the hours are not correct online and on the door it says on Sunday they close at 11 i walks in at 8pm and the workers tell me they close that is very unprofessional

Horribly made subs with mostly lettuce barely anything else and didn’t even get much
Their hours are not correct, 9:15pm and they are closed and ready to go home like please at least make sure you have the correct hours so people don’t drive like idiots to the establishment

Attempted to use subway giftcard from American Express. Sandwich artist was woefully inept on how to use the POS to redeem the gift card. Held up the line for several customers behind me. He had to call the manager to find out what to do. Manager was uninformed as well. Asked for my number to contact me. He couldn’t tell me his working hours to discuss in person. I had to end up paying cash.Also..They lie about hours. As if they close and open at leisure.Went Thursday 7/27 @ 8pm. Closed for no reason. They were in there sweeping with the door locked. This has happened 3 times to me since i moved in the area since november 2023.

Food was old, soda machine was dirty leaking water there was a bucket catching the water so it wouldn’t drip onto the floor, the floor was sticky as well and I know it’s summer time and there are flys but there were to many for me and they were in the glass case with the cookies.

I had a really scary experience here with an employee who seemed to be working alone. He was making very inappropriate comments and looks. After that he payed for my sandwich and was rude when I gave him a funny look. Went to walk out of the door and he came after me. I quickly ran to my car and drove off without looking back. I would highly advise anyone from going here with kids or alone. This should not ever happen at any establishment.
