I grabbed lunch at this location on 10-6-23, around 1:45pm. They had a sign on the door saying that the restrooms were unavailable do to Covid-19. Additionally, the fountain soda machine was not operating and they charged $2.99 for bottled soda. I felt that neither of these issues were legitimate.

Considering the location, it was incredibly clean, was delicious. cannot say enough about the staff, they were incredibly kind, patient and thoughtful!! Best Subway experience. I am happy I found my new subway location.

So I have not been to this Subway in years. I went back recently and ordered two subs and both were very good. I went back in today to get one of their specialty subs and unfortunately the sub had multiple long hairs in it. For a sub that costs $16 I would expect a higher level of hygiene. Obviously that was not a great experience and I will not be returning to this Subway location. The people that work there seem pleasant and they made the sandwiches well but getting hair in my food is a permanent turn off.

Very ignorant they do not utilize the shelf for pick up orders and instead of handing me the order she walks the order to the cash register at the end and placing it on the counter making me have to walk to the order then ignores me and I repeat myself andSays they don’t use the shelf because people steal and I said that doesn’t have anything to do with their job because if somebody happens to take the order they gonna say they can’t do nothing about it It’s up to the company to replace that order not Subway when I walked in they had no y so who is there to steal the order as she says it’s very annoying the shells were created to make pick up deliveries easier but these people want to take it upon himself to make up their own rules for stuff that affects them in no way because if somebody didn’t take the order she would say someone already took it and then go back to do a her job
