This is a brand new restaurant so cut the guy some slack. He still needs to get the process down of making the food at the right times and how to much to make. The chicken fried rice was good quality and so were the spring rolls. The general tsoas had a good sauce, but the batter used before deep frying left the coating very tough. Leaving it sitting in the sauce for a while helped. I hope the restaurant does well because the owner is such a nice man with a very positive aura.
