Taza was recommended by Deana and did not disappoint. I called to ask about one of the menu item ingredients and purchased the SPICY chicken shwarma.The owner was friendly, and food was made to order. As soon as I drove off and began to open my sandwich, I had to turn around to order a 2nd one. (Didn't even get a photo)I came back with less than half a sandwich 1 mile down and the new one thay I scarfed down just as fast.Note: Tĥe punch of the spice is delayed. The initial punch is packed with flavor.
The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Ordered lunch specials for a work meeting The food is amazing, so delicious and flavorful, and the portions are good size, we all had leftovers. We all over ate, couldn't put our forks down, but so worth it. Will definitely be back.

I have been looking for a new mediterranean restaurant near me. So happy I found this restaurant. The staff that was working was very nice and helpful. It's mostly a carryout place, but they do have a few tables to sit at. I decided to carry out and I ordered the Taza Fries. It was loaded with crispy chicken, coleslaw, turkey bacon, pickles, and bbq sauce. So very good!!! I will definitely return!

Best garlic spread I've ever had. I drive 40 min just to have lunch here. Mother/daughter who run it are so nice!! Definitely a must try!!! We love the chicken shawarma and chicken ceasar wraps!
My family and I visited Taza yesterday and we were all beyond satisfied with our visit. We ordered the spicy chicken shawarma lunch special which came with fries and a drink for $10.99. Definitely well worth it. The two ladies that helped us were extremely friendly and patient when we asked questions and ordered. The spicy chicken shawarma was very good. Not super spicy. If you like spicy food, this is for you. If you’re not really into spicy food, then I wouldn’t suggest it as my husband said it was spicy. It was perfect for us though. The flavors were perfectly blended. The fries were seasoned very nicely. They even offered us free baklava, which was incredible! My husband had the chicken Fattoush salad which was packed with ingredients and flavor. We enjoyed our meals so much that we ordered again today. This will be my go to spot for shawarmas with the fries and fattoush salad. Great food and customer service and awesome staff!
I was in Southfield and searched food near me and this place popped up. This was the best Chicken Shawarma I ever had, and the Chicken Shawarma fries were amazing. I tore them up in the parking lot (no dine in available) please support this business it was well worth it. I'll definitely come back when I come back to Detroit.
