Upon arriving we were quickly greeted by the same young lady who ended up being our server. Before she could sit us she was interrupted by someone name “Cardi” who works there who came walking towards her screaming about how she just got off of a flight and had been traveling, she didn’t acknowledge the kids standing there and proceeding cursing and talking about needing a shot. The server sat us and took our order. Staff were standing around and talking loudly about their personal lives. The music was loud as if it was a lounge similar to Bar 7 and the people smelled of marijuana. The last straw was someone who was actively smoking in the building. I didn’t see them but it was for sure “fresh” smelling. I think the server told them to stop because after the smell went away and it didn’t pop up again instead it was faint as if they had already smoked and walked in. The rest of the experience was coupled with my kids asking me “what was that smell” and saying the music was loud. I quickly asked for the bill once the food arrived . We paid and left quickly. I will never return to this location, the staff were louder than the patrons and didn’t seem to care about professionalism. Thanks for messing up our mommy and me date, the kids are still talking about the smell and loudness.

Came in at opening hours. Was seated in a dirty booth and given dirty menus to order from. The waitress came and asked for our drink orders. We told her water and that took 11 mins to bring (we’re the only customers in the establishment) I asked about the happy hour drinks menu and she said it’ll be in the menu that was in front of me. Another server came out to bring my wife’s food and when I asked for our waitress we were informed that she had to leave to get her phone. When she returned. She sent her son over to take our drink orders and at that point we just wanted our bill because the service was just that bad. She never came to check on our table and when the bill was sent over she sent her son over once again to give us our bill. She even called my wife a “him” this place needs a revamp. And the manger is just as terrible as his staff that opened with him.4/7/2024 11:00am - 11:44 was the amount of time we spent here.

Ordered Friday Salmon for $22. Don't do it. More broccoli and rice than salmon for $22. Wanted to share the picture of the 2 oz salmon for $22 but couldn't.

It’s blasphemous that when you sit for 15 minutes before being greeted and you immediately place an order for appetizers that you then have to wait an HOUR 16 minutes for them to come and they aren’t fresh nor prepared as you requested. I haven’t eaten pork in 19 years.. and yes you’ve guessed it there was bacon on the food. Nonetheless the manager didn’t accept any accountability for the mishap nor did she offer to comp anything . If you have ample amount of time to waste for room temp food and passive service feel free to stop by .

Service at the bar was worse than terrible! The bartender was VERY rude (black girl w/red locs). She started the service with an attitude! Asked for water twice while we watched her sing along to the music playing, off key adding insult to injury. The bathroom was very disgusting. The level of failure this Friday's has fallen is so disappointing. They have definitely lost two customers because of one poor employee.

I spent $700 there.Had to help clean up not enough help to serve the food.Brought some alcohol and I was given some other type of alcohol which made me real sick.I will not return back to TGI.

Had a really good, late date night. Although we arrived about 10:30pm, the service was prompt and we were seated in about 15 mins. Service was really good but our waiter/server wore Blue gloves the entire time, which was a bit odd and disturbing but seeing that we’re post-pandemic, it’s fairly understandable. Overall, food was really good and fresh, especially for that time of night.
