I enjoyed stopping by this Tim Hortons location.The entire location is very clean, with plenty of lighting, clean tables, and a warm feeling.Service is wonderful. My order came out very quickly. The staff are friendly and polite.Highly recommend for a quick stop to eat.

If there is anything less than one star then I would rate them that. They gave me the wrong sandwich and I was too far to come back, but I called and the supervisor said that they’ll give me the right one whenever I go back. I asked for her name, but when I went back to take it, they refused to give it to me and denied that I spoke with them even though I have a picture and a date to prove it and what’s shocking is that the owner came screaming (no two of them are screaming the supervisor and the owner )at me . Such a vile attitude.

Ordered $43.24 worth of stuff, they forgot to give me my timbits, I called them to ask them to refund me for them, they confirmed they did forget to give it to me but can't refund unless I go back. They also forgot to add lettuce to my sandwich which I requested.. I am not from the area, but we come for occasional work, but I will never stop by again. Bad customer service

i am a frequent tim horton client at this location sept 20 i came through drive thru i ordered small coffee 3and 3 one bacon omelette bite one pumpkin spice donut i got there about 7;40 am i got to work and had not had anything to eat or drink before i got to tim horton but u had been sick all day don't know what the problem is fyi

Drive thru lane was off the chain!!!!! Donuts and Timbits were for a client, so can't say how they tasted. Timbits box was a bit unsecured, so cashier noticed and replaced the box. Good looking out!
