This location is terrible. Do not waste your time and money. I'm pretty sure the cashier was high. I would put 0 stars if I could.

Imagine raising the prices and giving less to customers and thinking your business will stay. They are now charging $1 more for ice coffee and not even filling it up. And you already know at least 1/3 is ice.

The service is fast and you can't go wrong with any of the breakfast foods, however the drinks are okay. There's either too much milk, not enough coffee, or the tea bag comes apart in the latte.

Thank you Tim Hortons! Today I went through the drive thru, the attendant was polite, the line was quick and the service and coffee was great. It looks like new staff or corporate staff until the place gets stabilized. Couldn’t be happier that I can regularly go to this place again. You listened, and earned my loyalty. I am a former Canadian so I am super proud.Old ReviewService was never the greatest, but I think this place sold recently, and now it’s terrible. First they are really slow at the drive through - like you can wait 10 minutes or more with 2 cars in front of you. And the staff is just rude - like they are doing you a real favor. Hey, here’s an idea, smile! And lastly they often mess up your order. I hope the owner and Franchise reads this and take some action.

Workers didn’t know what cold brew with cold foam was and attempted to put whip cream on it. Then took it back mixed whipped cream in my pumpkin spice latte and still out “mixed” whipped cream on top calling it “cold foam”. What are they doing here. And another time took 5 minutes to even find a worker to order my coffee. Avoid this place like Covid.

Horrible job. Been in here twice. The first time no one was even in the building they were outside playing around with friends. The second time our order was all messed up and the worker did not even know what cold foam was and thought whip cream was it. Never come here.

The cashier didn’t know what “donuts” were, asked me to spell it, then told me he didn’t think they had those. He was standing next to the case with all of them. And it got worse from there…absolutely terrible.

Very bad service, I would get cold biscuts often. I got the same thing every day and it was always a different price somehow? The workers are not trained and no one there knows what's going on

I went to the Drive-Thru window during my lunch and ordered a sandwich meal with a coffee and an old-fashioned plain donut with a 10 pack of timbits. The gentleman at the window took my payment and advised me to park ahead to wait for my order. 3 cars got their order, and I waited for nearly 10 minutes before I decided to get out of my car to check on my order. No one at the counter and I walk out to see a young man holding the timbits and coffee. I tell him I am missing my food and he apologizes that there are only two people working, to which I understand, so he goes back inside. A different young man walks out and hands me my sandwich but I'm still missing my old fashioned plain and he goes back in to get it. I still want to be undertanding of the situation. Despite the wait, I get my sandwich only to bite into crusty, smelly cheese and wilted lettuce. I'm sorry but that's unacceptable. This is my lunchtime and I already can't go to a different location. It's a huge inconvenience. And my coffee tasted terrible! It's a coffee shop ?‍?Please consider advising customers of a wait time when placing an order if you are short staffed and advise your staff on food regulations. Thank you.

This particular Tim Hortons is not the same as others. There have been more than a few times that they don't have a particular item available or don't know how to make it. I wanted to order a iced cappucino but they don't have it available or a other time I wanted to order a regular bagel with strawberry cream cheese and the workers don't know how to do it. I just cannot.

I do ask them regular latte they are sell me just coffee they make me come back from 3 miles away and I do ask them to remake it. They are returning me a Sim coffee. I don’t know how you play and waste people time.

They ignore you when your not in the drive thru and mess up orders. Come here a lot because it's convenient but I would stay far away from this location because every single time I come I have to remind them to make my food
