It’s a hit and miss for me! I come in every morning and get wonderful service from Ronda and the young man that makes the sandwiches with the colorful dreads! Trying to eat healthy is hard especially when you live in the city, I thought I had a place to come and get healthy food but I guess not the others have attitudes and sometimes the smoothies are not made properly so therefore sorry, but not sorry I will have to find some other place to take my business!Kid-friendliness: They have smoothies for children

I use to frequent this tropical smoothie location but back in February 2024I had a bad experience that was off putting and I would likely avoid this location and just go to the one a little further away on Southfield rd. 7 order a Bahama Mama through Drive Thru and paid at the Window and they told me to pull forward and someone will bring it out . Well no one ever did and I waited more than 15 mins while other cars behind me got their orders . I ended uo going inside with my receipt after realize they probably forgot about me or gave my order to somebody else. I walked inside and was ignore for about 5 mins despite it being busy but adequately staffed. I finally got someone’s attention, showed them my receipt and explained how I never got my smoothie through drive through and they made it for me. This whole experience was annoying and made me not want to come here again

Staff ignores you when you walk in. Store was dirty. Restroom was filthy. No forks or napkins available. I waited 15 mins for a smoothie. When I asked about it they said the set it on the counter, but never announced it.

You guys know you can write ofc toilet paper right? Why do you put the cheapest toilet paper in your bathroom I can't pull it without getting tiny pieces STEP YO GAME UP
Many of the people do not seem excited to be working here. Orders take long and are frequently made wrong. When asked to be remade, the employees kind of talk to themselves and begrudgingly remake it. Last time the replacement tasted like cleaning solution. The place is too busy to make decent product. I am done paying $8 for poor product and poor service.

Smoothies and food are good. I only place pickup orders and some how they end up wrong or forgetting to put a cookie I ordered in my bag. I use pickup because I believe y’all could take time to make them (hence are more accurate because you don’t have to rush it)guess not. Just gone stick to the smoothies.

Nice clean location. Service was very slow considering there were literally 10 people behind the counter between taking orders and making smoothies. Also far from the friendliest customer service experience you will have. On the upside the smoothies are as delicious as they have always been. Don't know if I would go back to this location, but do know that I'll continue going to Tropical Smoothie.
