Now it’s Monday morning 9:15am inside is closed but on the door said 9am they open and it’s no one I mean no one at Wendy’s so why is the inside closed ….the workers are moving slow like they don’t want to be here but they picked the job not me…then made me move out of drive thru for online order that should be ready since no one’s here ….you have six people on the clock but they don’t want to work this why Wendy’s going down

Ordered a $5 biggie bag, waited about 20 mins for my order after being told it'd be 2 minutes, not sure why it takes so long but something should probably be done although it definitely seems the staff just doesn't care.

Honestly this is the best fast food restaurant in the area! They always give great customer service and my food is always made right. There is a bit of a wait sometimes but I think they’re just understaffed so I’m not mad about it. I would go here and wait 10 times before I go to the McDonald’s across the street! Keep up the good work y’all! ❤️

Just waited in the drive thru line over an hour just for them to tell me there system is down which I’m sure is a lie. They took everyone order before me. They held the line up intentionally. Lost a customer I rather spend my money at the other restaurant surrounding. If you’re a customer don’t waste your time.

1 person should do the register. 1 on grill. 1 packing food. Everyone should not be running all over the place. Didn't have certain condiments. Someone had unsupervised children in the lobby. Offed me a beverage while waiting on chicken breakfast sandwich. Got coffee it was old and cold.
