I think the Wendy’s app is a scam. Bad enough your prices are ridiculous but you advertise the single for a buck but this location says you can’t use the deal because the register wasn’t able to scan the deal for the $1 single out $2 double. Make it make sense please. I won’t be going back.

Lady at drive through was extremely unfriendly and rude. made no effort to greet more or speak to me at all, besides when she yelled at me for double checking my frosty size was correct. don’t go here, she is pathetic and horrible. it’s always like this there.

It's hard to give fast food 5 stars anymore, but my closest Wendys is great. There's a woman (I think she must be the manager, cause she is ALWAYS working), who is always on point. I appreciate that this Wendy's does make some really good food and provides great service.

I want to thank from the very bottom of my heart what this Wendy's has done for me today March 26 of 2024, I have recently fell upon hard times, I'm homeless at this current time. And haven't eatin. I asked for help and the afternoon manager welcomed me with open arms, there is good people out there still :-) and she deserves to be recognized for this action :-). Thank you once again.

No Coca-Cola in the lobby machine.Napkin dispenser was empty. Had to ask for both items. Was given three napkins for two people. Nobody reacted to either issues while we were there eating our lunch. French fries were very over cooked.

The lady during the afternoon shift got my order wrong and got mad when asked to correct it. She then stopped they stop taking inside orders. A grandmother and her grand children were unable to sit nor placed an order. I was angered and disappointed by the poor and insensitive treatment of the customers.

Every time we get food there something is wrong. Today they they were slow. They also put used napkins with lipstick on them in my damned bag! They're lucky I couldn't ho back up there. Nasty disgusting people. I'm going to complain to health department . You don't put trash in with nobody's food!

It took 25 minutes for my order to be taken and when it eventually was they were extremely dismissive, inattentive and rude. They walked right passed me several times not even attempting to take my order and when it was taken I waited another 15 minutes for my food to be made and my order was incorrect. Will never come to this location again. Very ghetto

The cashier couldn't find my mobile order for this specific location so I cancelled and ordered at the window. That itself wouldn't have been an issue, but the food was inedible.Once I got home, 12 minutes later, my food was all cold to the touch. The Panko fish sandwich was very dry (as if under a heat lamp) and the bun was cold to the touch. The Jr Bacon Cheese Burger patty was almost frozen feeling as well as the bun. I won't be going to this location again.
