I never go to Wendy's, I seen a video review of their new Orange Dreamsicle Frosty ??and I had to try it because usually orange flavored things are amazing ? had it a few days ago and it was honestly one of the best milkshakes ?I've had in a long time should be a permanent menu item ? drive thru customer service was great as well 10/10 ?

Terrible service and manager. Ordered and told them I had a reward Qr code. The girl Tia at the drive thru scanned it twice saying it didn't work the first time but then it did the second. Charged my card then I get my reciept and it didn't work. Manager then told me why did you let her scan your card? Like it's my fault. Then said I could do the survey for a free burger. What a joke? I said you can't void transaction? She said no. Never going here again. Absolutely terrible customer service

Saturday February 3,2024I went here about 12:30am last night and the lady who takes the orders had the worst attitude and treated me as I was ordering to much food and taking to long,my order was $30.002 $5 biggi bags 2 large chillies and 1 spicy chicken combo for my family and I. I get to the cashier also attitude + dirty looks next pickup food and see they dipped the cup into the ice chest bear hands probably all day like that so I get my food go home and they forgot my combo so I have to go up there again and food was cold also + attitude all over.The worst people I've ever came in contact with. READ BEFORE YOU GO HERE PLEASE!!!!!! Wendy's please respond why ? I'm spending my money for a good experience not what you just gave me.

There were no beans in the chili and Matthew gas lit me and said they do have beans in the chili. But for some reason out of all the beans in the pot I got no beans in a large chili. I have water down sloppy joe smh.
