Today I had a very unfortunate incident occur when I picked up my food. When I walked in the owner assumed I was a driver, and every subsequent person who came in after me who was black as well.Before I was asked if I needed any help the lady behind the glass told me not to give any trouble. I was never even greeted with a hello. When I was asked to show my confirmation for my order for GrubHub I was told it wasn’t enough. Though it had my name my order my order number and the RESTAURANT NAME. She then went on to tell me that because I had no confirmation I would get no food. And that drivers often steal food. I explained a number of times I was not a driver. Then there was another young lady who I believe was a server who tried to come out and explain to her that I had my Grubhub receipt.There were several other patrons who also were trying to explain to her what was happening however she refused to listen. After showing my Grubhub receipt she began to say the discrepancy between my total on her end and my receipt was incorrect even after I told her I had a 10.00 Grubhub promo and even offered to pay the $10 she then took my food to the back and so no because she has lost money before because drivers steal implying that I still was a driver.After this and I after I’d paid I left and it wasn’t until someone named Simon called and said I could come back and get my food. Had I not paid through Grubhub and needed to feed my family I wouldn’t have gone back and I don’t think you should patronize this place either. To set up shop in a predominantly black neighborhood and decide that everyone is out to steal or cause trouble is atrocious and this place doesn’t deserve my dollars or yours!I called Grubhub and they called the restaurant and assured them I had paid but the damage was done!!Do not spend your money where you’re not welcomed!

This restaurant is in a plaza on the south side of 10 mile Road. It is on the west side of Southfield Rd. In Southfield I have been coming to this Chinese restaurant since I was four years old and happen to remember Mr. Wing Hong very fondly however, time has not been kind to this restaurant. The food is very tough and everything is fried and fatty. I’m sorry and hope it returns to the splendor of 50 years ago!

Did not give me correct gravy for my almond chicken order. Gave me teriyaki sauce instead of gravy late in the evening. My mother was ill had just left her bedside. The next day called, I talked to owner she was rude and belligerent and hung up on me and my son twice. She let me talk to assistant he told me to come get the gravy!When I got there, the owner said she fired him and accused me of wanting free food. I did not. I just wanted my correct gravy. Felt like slapping her or knocking over her counter. I'm paralegal studying to be an atty. Don't need criminal justice issues, only reason why I didn't! The owner insulted me like I was a bum very disrespectful! I recommend not eating there! I have money to buy what I want. I don't go around looking for free food! Will not go back in there ever again! Trust and believe!

Dine in, the pepper steak was very chewy It didn’t break down to swallow, the knife wouldn’t cut it. I asked to replace it with a chicken dish and the lady started yelling and would not replace or refund the meal. A gentlemen left his whole meal on the table and said it was the worst he had ever had….don’t know what that meat was, not beef

I just ordered a shrimp egg foo yong combo with shrimp fried rice and a shrimp eggroll. It’s obvious they don’t make shrimp fried rice… I received two piles of plain rice with four shrimp laid on top. After asking specifically do you make shrimp fried rice, and was told yes. Wing Hong does not make shrimp fried rice they give you plain rice and throw a couple of shrimps on top. Very disappointed.

Paid 'on line'. Went to pick up order was told I had to pay again?! Given a phone # to call for a refund... Right, I called 2x was hung up on. Smh.Food is good, really good. Just don't pay on line (even the cashier said call the restaurant). ????Still no refund beat me outta 30 bucks...

Me and my sister stopped in made our order..I ordered Veggie egg foo young/fried rice the meal..never looked in the bag..dropped my sister off..went to work. Imagine my surprise when i opened up the container and there was nothing I ordered in there! Called the next day..was instructed to bring back the food for a reorder.. Went yesterday and it was a disaster feom the beginning to the end.The cashier says we don't sell this food..its Mediterranean..I replied idk what it is..but this is what was in the container. What i think happened..they ordered food and mistakenly grabbed the wrong bag and gave it to me. I was irritated by the fact thatshe thought i went to another restaurant bought food to bring over there to get free food..Wow..Long story short i didn't get my food replaced or refund..I would never recommend...suggest this restaurant to my family..friends.coworkers or enemies!!!#!

I came here as a young girl. Grew up eating here. Yesterday I went there for the first time in over 40 years at least. The food and everything was fantastic! Will definitely go back when I am back in that area! Can't say enough good about this restaurant! The food and everything was good just like before!

This place has been here a very long time, since 1966. this place is in a strip mall, but don't let that scare you off. When you walk in, it needs a makeover. But moving past that, the lady waiting on us was on top of it even tho they were super busy.I got the boneless almond chicken. It was a lot of food, and it was cheap and good. What is not to love about good cheap eats? I got the delicious egg drop soup, and the spring roll was yummy in my tummy! :-)This place is fantastic

This was my last visit. For the most part I've come to not expect the carry out food to have the same quality as their dine-in plates used to be, but this time everything fell below even that standard. The food quality was as if they just gave me whatever was laying around that they threw together. All 4 of the egg rolls were soaked in aged (not rancid) grease which suggested they had probably been fried hours earlier, poorly drained (if at all) and left sitting in a warmer. The chicken lo-mein was lackluster at best. I order it low/no salt so I expected it to be bland, what I didn't anticipate was the noodles to not be stir fried, clumpy and overcooked. The chicken was almost nice except that each piece was increasingly briney until I had to discard what remained. Yeah, I could have called them to complain, but there was no way I was going to drive back (from Detroit to Southfield) for a replacement when it would have made better sense to have simply given me the quality of food I payed for.

I ordered soup noodle which is what I was charged for. Once home I had a bag of wonton chips and no noodle soup. I called back and they admitted they charged me for soup noodle but the menu was 3 years old and they don't have that item anymore. Why would you charge me for something you no longer serve? When I asked why did you give me chips with no soup the lady hung up on me. I do not recommend this place.

I paid a visit to this restaurant (have not been here in year in a half)as I used to live in Southfield and ate here for many many years and was always satisfied with the quality of the food. I ordered $40 worth of food and it was not good at all, I wish I could take it back for a refund. I like others used to brag about this restaurant. I even bragged about this restaurant to my co-worker who also delivered for Sysco as it was his regular stop, they often gave him a free meal and he would come back to the warehouse and throw it in the trash! I thought he was insane for doing that. But after paying $40 for garbage I guess that’s where it belong.
