My first time at a wingstop and with all the YouTube reviews and hype. I said let me try. Ordered the 3 piece plain tenders. Original Buffalo and ranch on the side. The fries were trash. Tenders were hot but over cooked. I love a work environment where the team gets along but you’re at work not on the playground keep the line moving. 13.05$ I won’t be back, good to try though. Front end team were pleasant. Sprite was the best thing about the meal.

Kitchen looked clean . Came in placed an order around 10:20pm Thursday night 3/21/24 . The restaurant was super busy with to go orders. The staff worked hard got everyone out fast very polite . The guy with the red Afro is extremely hard working and he’s on point with things. Very nice and can communicate very well . Overall appreciated the fast experience

Terrible service. Girl up front was acting like she didn’t want to do her job. She was very rude and stank. The food was very subpar at best. Not much flavor. The tables were dirty, no napkins, and dirty floors. No seasoning on the fries at all. Don’t come here.

I think this the first time I’ve ever made a formal review let alone on food. I don’t eat out much bc restaurants only clean up for their biannual inspection but I decided to tonight bc I’m exhausted. Man….this was horrid. The grease was obviously old or burnt I could smell it when I got in the car. Idk what was going on but please don’t waste your time. I should’ve listened to the other yelp reviews.

Do not order online at this location. Email said it would be ready in 21-26 minutes. I get there at that time and they are announcing to a room full of people the online order estimate is wrong. It’s gonna be another hour and 15 minutes. I ask if I can cancel my order, he says yes, and walks away. The email lists a number to call for problems and it goes to a full voicemail. Spend another 20 minutes just trying to get order cancelled. A guy comes out and says he will handle it, but over a week later, still no refund. I’ve called and filled out online feedback requesting a call back and still no one has called me back or processed a refund. Finally had to file a complaint with my credit card company. What a waste of my time.

Order online waited the 16-20min wait before going in. When the time was up order was not ready. Store crowded with customers waiting for orders. Young lady behind counter gave me extra cups ? for drinks. Checked on order and they lost order and said they made the same order for someone else? Never again will I go to evergreen and 10 mile they are always slow even if you do online 12/21/2023

Fries tasted burnt , they need to CHANGE their GREASE!!!! Wings way to dry taste like a turkey wing.Dining area don’t have a trash can , it’s outside!! Wow… I will never go there again!! Very disappointed!!! Was sitting to Dine in but changed my mind and told them to pack it for carry out.

I placed an in app order. So the first time I came in here — they did mix up some of my wings for bone in instead of boneless. I called the number and they were very apologetic and Tony made up for it.They are very busy and get swamped with orders daily ESPECIALLY on weekends. Please utilize the app as much as possible to order or do DoorDash it makes things easier. Even with that said — expect a wait of some sort. The food is always seasoned and portions are generous.
