Horrible experience! They accidently charged me twice couldn't offer me a refund. Did not return any calls. Also the order I did receive wasn't even correct. They profited $40 off of me a customer and I couldn't even get a decent meal out of it. The place should be closed they have employees working in the cold with no heat and not able get in contact with the manager for assistance with this process, which doesn't help the customer service. this is really disappointing for this to be a black business to is supporting that false narrative and have mostly black patrons and they provide horrible working conditions and treat their own community like this. I specifically came here because it is black owned and instead of spending $40 at Benihanas or Meto Hibachi will be reporting this business if i do not get a call back asap.

Food is not that great! I could have made that at home. My shrimp was cut up, not whole. Hardly any vegetables in the rice. The salmon was dry and overcooked. Garlic butter $2.50 for soft butter with dehydrated garlic flakes. Seriously! And definitely not worth $36.

Mom wanted Hibachi. It was a late night with only a few customers. Food took about 20 minutes. We ordered the shrimp and lobster hibachi. And the mini spicy chicken hibachi. Wasn’t worth $60. Good customer service with decent food. Probably won’t be back to this location.

I had Shrimp fried rice, barely any vegetables and was just doused with butter, so much as to have a pool of butter after microwaving it for left over. The teriyaki sauce just tastes like sugar.

This is the worst establishment I have ever been to !!! It is dirty and they are so damn rude it's not funny !!!! They told me 10 more minutes on my food and 15 minutes later they still hadn't even started my food yet !!!!! They are so disorganized it's crazy and the lady at the register is absolutely lazy as hell !!!!

On Monday 9-18-23 my wife and I came to your restaurant around 6p. The “lady” at the front desk was so rude that my wife refused to eat there. We were going to place a $70 order. Maybe you don’t need our money but your staff is making your restaurant look bad. I hope this isn’t affiliated with the one on Fenkell because I still like Yoshi food but will never come to this restaurant again.

ITS THE WORSE….I ordered a full double steak & chicken with chicken fried rice, the rice always tastes plain & hard. I think I’ve given them too many chances. The Livernois location is ultimately Thee worse!!!
