I usually order from Andy's pizza, more than I should but no longer. first I call and the lady answer phone and says you have to hold. ok I get it. then waited for awhile and she gets back on and says, "what do you want" rude but ok, I start my order and in middle of the order she says hold and I'm back on hold and the phone hangs up. then she calls me back and keeps telling me that I hung up on her and I said no once you put me on hold the phone hung up but she kept telling me I hung up. then she said do you want to order or not? I laugh and said ok now I don't. if you're rude I don't want your pizza. maybe be a little nicer on the phone instead of acting like I'm your ex that ran as far as he could from you. I guess it's Pizza King in Wyandotte for now, might be a little more money but they want my business and not act like they are on top of the world when they answer phones at a pizza place. I really hope the owner of Andy's in Southgate read this and I really hope this helps close your doors for good because this is not at all the first time this has happened. little smart mouth witch. you're welcome.

I have not been to this location for awhile and I will never be going back here . Pizzas looked like it was made by a child . Burnt and not tasty . Would not even give to my dog . Threw the food away . Order was all wrong and they really didn't care . Sad to say I will not support this business and if they don't prove they will loose all there business!

I called in a large delivery order the little boy who answered the phone was very rude unprofessional and no manners my family is a family of 7 and we order a lot from there this kid was so rude that I told him to forget the order and now me n my 6 family members will absolutely never call another order in be more conscious of who your phones are being snswrred by because as a manager myself I know how important a friendly voice is when placing an order

The pizza is fantastic. You can tell it's freshly made dough - love me a good crust. And the sauce is not sweet (some pizza sauces have a hint of sweetness, and I personally don't enjoy that). Cheesy, delicious and would 100% recommend. Also - their cheese bread is amazing! Great ranch as well!

We ordered a Lg pizza with pepperoni, a half chicken Parm sub, and full meatball sub with fries and a coke zero. We ordered the pizza because they had a great deal, a Lg 1 topping pizza for around $7, which is a pretty good deal. We also added garlic Parmesan crust to the pizza which I believe was free.The pizza itself was very delicious! Same with the meatball sub and fries. The only thing that was odd was that the chicken Parmesan sub was a just decent. The chicken seemed bland. The sauce definitely helped though. The fries were nice and crunchy.The woman at the register was very nice and courteous. She definitely made the experience that much better!I wholeheartedly recommend Andy's to anyone who's in the area and is hungry or thinking of trying this joint out!
Absolutely trash. I live 0.9miles away and it took over and hour and a half for delivery on a Thursday and when it finally showed up 15 min later than the delivery time is was not only cold it was made wrong. Smh. Never again.

i haven’t eaten here in at least 4 years until last week, my usual pizza place closed early so i figured i’d give andy’s one more shot. i ordered a pretty “extra” pizza lots of toppings, when i picked my pizza up i was greeted with a friendly smile and an AWESOME pizza that also didn’t cost me an arm and leg!! i wanted to take a picture but couldn’t resist getting a bite first!!! this was honestly the best pizza i’ve had in a while and ive ordered from here 3 other times since. their salads and bbq wings are outstanding!!! andy’s is definitely my new spot to go!!

Delivery an hour and a half later..driver cussed at my wife about how he's sick of complaints and gave her the cold soggy fries and pizza free..she insisted to pay multiple times..the last 2 times ordering have been the same way..long wait for cold food! So I I first tried this out on 12-28-2023 and I got the lunch special and it was amazing the sub and soup was delicious the service was amazing and today I ordered a chicken salad and there pizza rolls and omg the best pizza roll I’ve ever had there prices are amazing and there service is out of this
