This Baskin-Robbins was outstanding before it moved. Now that their in their new location they have new staff and they have yet to get my order right. The 1st time I called in my order for 2 dozen donuts and asked for 5 with sprinkles and only got 20 donuts. I didnt realize till i got to my function. I called and they said oh sorry you can come back and sprinkle donuts are extra?! Since when!!?Tonight my boyfriend and I went in and ordered a medium mint chocolate milk shake and a 2 scoop ice cream with 2 different flavors. He rang it up correctly but the shake was cookie dough so he remade it correctly but then tried to give him a small. Mine was 1 scoop of oreo mocha and 1 scoop cookie dough. He tried to give me 1 cup with oreo and 1 cup with cookie dough.We will never be back to this location! DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER
