Went to this establishment tonight. It’s been good in the past but something happened because our service was absolutely horrid. Asked to be seated away from the entrance and the hostess moved us over 2 feet (across the aisle) the waitress took our order. It was hard to hear her and she could barely hear us. I understand that it gets busy and that you have customers to help, but when you’re not asked if want refills, walk by and not say anything and glasses have to be put at the end of the table to get attention of someone or to get a refill that might be a problem. I believe management needs to pay more attention to what their wait staff is doing and how they are tending to their patrons. As for me, I won’t be back for quite a while if I’m ever back again. This disregard for people that help keep your business going should be looked at real hard and evaluated very closely to see who’s helping your business and making the trip out for dinner worth while and that the customer has an enjoyable experience so that you have them return and spend their hard earned money the next time around.

Although it's a great layout, there isn't any service. Went in and waited over 20 minutes after sitting down for someone to come over. A party came in and sat in the middle and someone was there right away. They are not very good at keeping track of which customers sit down. Not one person came over to us to even offer drinks.We generally spend over a 100 dollars but I guess they weren't feeling our money tonight. That's okay though. We found somewhere better. Spent 200 but who's counting. I guess it's nice to enjoy a night celebrating.

I love the remodel. Was there Friday night and sat at the bar. The barmaid was great. The wings however are another story. They are very small (looks like they came off a pigeon). Come on guys---your supposed to be famous for these.

This place has went down hill. Overall the place stunk of rotten beer, the food was mediocre at best. Another one that went from great to downhill fast.

Kitchen, very slow. Came in with my daughter for six boneless wings and a chicken sandwich and almost took two hours. Absolutely will not be going back. Wanted to also make a to go order for my son at home, was told it was going to be another hour to get that order. Canceled the to go.

The whole experience was not what I had hoped for, or experienced in the past.The prices are obviously a little more than what they've been in the past, but the quality of the food was terrible and did not reflect the cost in my opinion.The ultimate nachos had a literal spoonful of toppings right in the middle of the platter while jalapeños and un-melted shredded cheese were scattered everywhere else.The boneless wings were rock hard; the ones that did actually did contain chicken and were not completely dried up had little to no sauce.Same for the traditional wings; they looked and felt like they were under a heat lamp all afternoon and then had the littlest amount of sauce drizzled over them before being served.All in all, was not impressed with the visit or the price tag-most likely will not return to this BDubs.
Love hot wings. But if you go to have a conversation with anyone you are with, way too loud to do that.

When they first launched the hand breaded chicken tender it was one of the best I have ever had. 90% meat, 10% breading. Seems now the size of the meat is at least half of what it was and the breading has doubled. Just another example of corporate cutting corners and now a customer lost for life as far as ordering foor their goes. I'll still order drinks during a fight or sporting event though.

Much better layout since the remodel. Although I would say that when guests come in with kids, maybe not take them to a high top that you practically need a ladder to get in the seat. Otherwise, the wings are always yummy. We've had lots of great service there as of late. Honey BBQ is my fave.
