So we've visited a few times every time we come I have to have my frozen mocha coffee remade and today was the 1st time I ordered a bagel and it was rubbery and hard to rip apart and eat. My husband had to get his remade today the tall guy there always has to remake my stuff ,cause he doesn't listen . We won't be coming back .

Bought a half dozen of donuts today it was nasty taste maybe 2 days old , please check before you leave the store,or drive through, I spend $8.99 / 1/2 dozen of donuts and didn’t even liked the taste, very disappointed.

If the woman named Preeki is not working, this location is absolutely awful. I kept giving them second chances but I feel like a moron to spend $15 on two coffees when everyone else who works here clearly hates their job and all of the customers. Just got my normal two caramel macchiato’s and the one has so little coffee and it is completely like milk and caramel. There’s no point in trying to correct it because this location is totally fine with subpar service. And the coffee is literally so light. I’m guessing they may be put a teaspoon of actual coffee in this drink. Growing up in and around downriver I know this area always had its reputation as it was, but you guys set the bar so far below ground level. It’s like you wanted to take it to the center of the Earth to make sure that the standard width as low as it possibly could be.I have called corporate to escalate this and will not be back. Thank you all for convincing me to stop getting coffee out. I will say I will miss Preeki's kindness and professionalism... There were a couple guys that would be nice throughout 100's of visits but for the most part everyone seemed annoyed. I would say the worst of the employees was a slightly heavier shorter woman that I did not catch her name that literally seems to not be able to speak/understand English. Anything you say to her she just blinks and doesn't seem to be able to understand.Any time I've ordered donuts on the app what is says is it stock; never is... They usually are stale and we end up throwing them out the same day. Literally a disgrace to the Dunkin Brands, not sure how in any chance you guys lucked out to have Preeki working for this location.I will also add the same owner of this store owns the one on Dix in Lincoln Park. There I went in and the one employee completely made the drinks one (Machiatto with American coffee mixed instead of the usual milk and the espresso on top that you yourself mix) when I brought it to their attention the slightly heavier set blond woman that was cursing on the phone about a car accident and just being miserable offered to make it when I asked if I could just get my money back. The manager did call me and gave us two free coffees to redeem at the Southgate location, but I don't know - maybe it is the manager. Maybe it is the training. Maybe it is the fact that a manager is never present. What is funny when you call their listed phone numbers they go straight to "This voicemail box has not been setup" They clearly do not care.You guys have convinced me thoroughly and I guarantee I won't be back. Believe all the bad reviews. What is crazy Starbucks was actually cheaper, maybe a slightly smaller cup size, but very polite, professional and actually could make the order correctly.

If I could give less than 1 Star I would. I've tried this place a couple of times this week for breakfast. First of all it's very hard to understand what the employees are saying they talk so fast. I was trying to place my order through the drive through and two ppl were trying to talk at the same time. I was really confused. Then I got to the window to pay and the woman just snatches my card from my hand and didn't even tell me the total. Customer service is not here that's why I'll be going to Tim Hortons from now on. Staff seemed like they just want you out of there. Very cold

The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is terrible, you cannot understand any of the employees because their English is terrible I tried asking what kind of filled donuts they had and I had to ask them to keep repeating themselves because I could not understand them, finally I said forget it and drove away, how can you run a business when your customers cant understand you??? At least hire someone who can speak proper English, , never again will I go there, I will find one where they can speak proper English

Went to the Dunkin on Eureka twice now and had terrible experiences both times. They give me random orders, and when I politely correct them, they continue to give me the wrong order and have the WORST attitude. I've heard this exact experience from several people now. I'm a barista myself and I understand tough customers and having rough days but oh my god they are not okay. Do NOT go to this location!! Go anywhere else!!

Food was great, coffee was amazing. Staff was horrible. There was 3 staff, the one girl seemed new & a bit overwhelmed & the other 2 on the drive thru kept ignoring her when she asked for help.We ended up ordering 4 drinks, 1 sandwhich, 1 donut& we ended up being there for nearly 30min b/c this girl had no help & nobody communicated almsot at all to us. The only spoken words we heard was peope repeatedly asking if we were done ordering yet

Unsanitary, went back had incorrect order and worker put hands over lid took the drink and just added foam over the already incorrect drink . Very upset that I saw that worker eating and on phone then hand me same drink without washing hands or replacing the lid especially after covid.
