Waste of money. Between the two meals, we got both the waffle fries and curly fries. They were both soggy and unseasoned. The chicken tenders didn’t taste like they put any lemon pepper on them at all, also were soggy like the fries. Overall terrible food and will not be back.

By far the worst food I have ever had from an establishment! The smoked wings had no smoked flavor, the chicken strips were greasy and completely flavorless! The sauce for the chicken was watery and had zero flavor! Overall just a waste of money and will not be back!

My order was wrong and they knew it was but they sent me out the door without saying anything. When I asked them to fix the issue they did not have the product I ordered which explains why the order was wrong. The manager was to busy to even talk to me and let the young lady handle the situation. Remember to get your soda from the cooler because they won't say anything about it.

Hoots wings is my favorite take-out diner.Their new restaurant in Southgate, Mi, is clean, the staff is nice, and their wings are crispy and delicious. The fact that I can add all flats is a bonus.I love it!
Great ownership and great customer service from the staff which is a rare these days. I had the boneless wings and man were they juicy, definitely recommend Hoots Wings.
