Me and my kids love getting Jimmy Johns. It's kind of become a tradition with our time together. The food is really good and really not as bad as other fast food or restaurant options are on the health side.

Jimmy John's...its freaky fast and freaky good. Literally only takes 5 mins to be walking out the door with food. I love JJs...all the great sayings on the walls and in the bathrooms. Solid place, good staff...what more could you ask for. Best lunch place around! Thank you James Johns for the best sandwiches in the world!Parking: 40 spots

I usually have a wonderful experience here I’ve been coming here for years, but I went in today and there were two ladies that were very rude to me. I ordered my meal from my phone and went to pick it up. When I got there. There was a gentleman in front of me ordering some food and he paid for it. Then I told them my name and waited for my food. Five minutes later they gave the gentleman who had just placed his order his food and still had not started mine yet and I looked at the girl and I said didn’t he just walk in and order his food she said yes and I just smiled and looked away like OK. Then she continued talking to her coworker while I could clearly hear her stating I think she’s pissed because he got his food before her, I still did not say one word did not even look at her then she started explaining to me how if they have walk-ins that they take priority over call ins. I still did not say one word, and did not look at her then she continue talking about me to her coworker explaining to her that I was pissed because I called my order in and he had just got there as if I was not there and could not even hear her which I wasn’t pissed at all just a little surprised as I said I didn’t say one word or so much as give a dirty look nothing. Then when my food was up instead of handing it to me, they went to the other side at the end of the counter, sat it on the counter and said your food is over there which they have always handed it to me standing by the register I looked at them and said OK I will not be back here and she said good we don’t want you back then I looked at her and said I will be speaking to your manager about the way you have just treated me today. She smiled and said she’s right here go ahead, I don’t think it was the manager at all not that it matters because I just walked out and I will not be back. I have never been so disrespected and treated so unprofessional. The girls there are completely ghetto to treat somebody that way and need to learn how to be professional.

Usually when I have ordered in the past, they have always delivered my orders in a timely manner. Today, not so much. It took an hour for my order to arrive today. I don’t live very far from this store. I had to call the store to figure out what was taking so long. Seems like they completely forgot about it. Hopefully future orders will not turn out like this one.
