Was very sick n went to kfc so i didn't have to cook. I got home to find Gave Me half my order. I had to drive back and was made to feel as if I had done something wrong ? . I was so sick and had to go inside ? to correct order. They were very rude n didn't even offer a biscuit for the inconvenience. Yeah, that's bad ?. Over 30.00 spent to be treated like I was bothering them to get half my order back.

The staff work together great. All the staff seem to have each other's back and customers. All the employees were very prompt and generous. I've ordered here a few times before never ever had no issues. These workers make you feel welcomed... I needed that the last KFC I attempted eating at for the 1st time wasn't so great so I left there to come back here. This made my day coming to this awesome location...

I placed an order in the drive-thru and drove home, which took approximately 10 minutes. Upon arriving home, I discovered that some items I had ordered were missing from my order. Understandably frustrated, I immediately returned to the store (called 4 times on my way to the store, no answers), another 10-minute drive, with all of the food in hand. Upon explaining the issue to the acting manager on duty, I was met with a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he refuse to provide his name, but he also declined to give me the store's number. When I mentioned contacting the franchise, he dismissively laughed and stated that the establishment was not a franchise but personally owned.To compound my frustration, the manager and the cashier, a young blonde woman, displayed a dismissive and rude attitude from the beginning of our interaction. They both adamantly refused to divulge the owner's name and contact number and suggested that I return on another day if I had a problem. They provided no information regarding when the owner might be available.After a long day at work, all I wanted was a warm meal. However, due to the errors made by your staff, I was forced to consume cold and old food. Furthermore, I requested a refund for my order, only to be met with resistance. Their argument that the food was still "fresh" after a 30-minute wait was, in my view, completely unacceptable. Freshness should not be compromised by such a short duration of time.I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service skills displayed by your employees and acting manager. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I can confidently say that I will never return to your store. Such an experience is not only unacceptable but also reflects poorly on the training and standards upheld by your establishment.As a loyal customer who has supported your brand in the past, I hope that this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in both the quality of your service and the training of your staff. Customer satisfaction should always be a top priority, and it is disheartening to see that this was not the case during my recent visit.I've went ahead and contacted the KFC franchise.
