Frustrated with the quality and consistency of the food. 1 out of every 3 pretzel crust pizzas I order are just shamefully thrown together, barely sauced and overcooked. I guess it’s my fault for not checking when I pick up but it’s disappointing when one order is picture perfect/tastes incredible and then the next order is barely edible.

Worst service I have ever received in my entire life! I placed a pick up order for 1 Extra most best pizza & 1 order of crazy bread with sauce & my order was scheduled to be ready for pickup between 8:16 pm -8:21 pm I did not receive order until 9:02 pm and instead of putting my food in the pizza portal pick up area like they were supposed to they put it in the back even when I brought it to their attention that I was waiting for my order, finally when I asked for the 3rd time where my order was the kid pulled my food from the silver storage area in the back and it was cold and placed in their 10 minutess prior because I seen the employee put it in there ridiculous!!

The food has been good but the service not so much. Came in after work ordered online at 5:52pm and after sitting for a long time and seeing many people come and go well after my quoted time they told me somehow my order was lost. After waiting much longer I finally got my order at 6:48pm. All I got was a sorry for the wait. They need to do better.

I’m sitting outside of this place right as I’m typing this. My order was supposed to be ready an hour ago. I only ordered two pizzas and a crazy bread. I’m never coming back to this location for the rest of my existence.Update: they announced they ran out of bread and dough after I waited another 20 minutes after I wrote my review, and people that had arrived after me walked out with their food, I never got my order. An absolute abomination of a Little Caesars location.

My only gripe is when I called to order this newer girl kept interrupting me trying to push products i made very clear nut, she ignored me asking her politely to stop and kept going. Super rude, no means no.Pizza is mid but it is little ceasars so you can not expect to much for the price point to be fair. The rest of the staff is great!

Horrible staff, they were more worried about flirting and messing around joking with one another rather than putting out food. Staff yelling and cussing at customers Bc we asked for an eta after standing for over an hour. Just to get food wrong

Had to wait an extra 20 minutes for my food and it was over cooked and cold they didn't have the drinks I ordered and the customer service was poor granted they were very busy at the time but that doesn't excuse for bad behavior and poor customer service.

Really disappointed with this store pizza always takes longer then it needs to be but today was the last straw. Waited a long time for something i ordered online. The time i was given was up and i asked and was told its almost ready, then 20 minutes past and i was told again its almost ready and every time someone asked everyone looked confused, i waited 40 minutes past the time to get my pizzas and to make it worse i was given a fresh pizza and a pizza that was waiting out side for the second pizza. Im no longer coming here.
This place is one of the best I've walked into. The staff are all kind and welcoming, and they had 3 hot n readys to go! I had made the right decision of leaving the one off of Eureka after seeing their place filled with people waiting for pizzas that they were told to wait 20 minutes for and ended up waiting 50. I'm going to continue to come to this one here on out as it seems to be properly run!
