NEVER AGAIN!!! Decided to try the new crazy puffs. So I placed a delivery order. My food didn't even leave the store until 10 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. Apparently the driver had to make another stop then come to my house. My food was 35 minutes late and cold and the pop was warm. I don't usually do little ceasers and this is just more of a reason not to.

You can't go wrong with the Hot N Readys. Especially with butter and parmesan cheese. I love the new Crazy Puffs. The wings are pretty good as well and you can't beat there prices.

45 minute wait for a Hot and Ready... Had the new Crazy Bites ready, figured I'd give them a try. Unfortunately they made them without Pepperoni. Called to get them replaced, Waited on the Phone for 30 minutes for a manager before I ended the call. No call back, just bad customer service.

Waited over an hour, right along with a lot of other customers, the young gentleman did his best but I expected more from the supervisor that was there didn't communicate anything about what was going on or why they were taking so long, will not be coming here again, really first and last time

0/10. Placed an online order at 8:50pm on a Saturday night for 9:45-9:50pm, got confirmation. Went in at 9:50 to get my order just for the employees to tell me they closed online ordering early, and weren’t responsible enough to check for any new orders before doing so. The young man working was willing to make my order and didn’t seem displaced at all. The older woman working was frazzled, irritated and didn’t care that they made the mistake, nor did they try to make it right. After her clear annoyance and her telling me it would be 15 minutes I asked for a refund and walked out, this isn’t the first time or second time I’ve had problems here. Going by the reviews you need some serious team training and over head intervention, wishing you get it.

Pathetic store! Management is terrible, placed an online order with a pick up time had confirmation etc. get there and they don’t have the order, then find it and proceed to say the order came in too late, they close at 10pm and the order was placed at 8:50! Worst service, will not go
The store is small(not their fault). They usually seem to get my order right only when I order online(I order Pepperoni on one half and pineapple on the other. I promise it's not hard. I work in food, i can say that. It will end up both toppings all over the whole pizza. This has also happened multiple times when i call in the order)There is a young girl who works there that has outstanding customer service. There is a young man there who seems that he can't care any less.Parking: About 16 spots in the lot, 2 of them being handicapped. They always seem to be busy, so you might have to park in the alleyway until a spot becomes available.

We enjoy eating here once a week sometimes twice my son and I have yet to get anything that wasn't to little Caesars standers and ours we work all over the country from coast to coast and I can say the location on eureka road in Southgate is one of the better places to get a good pizza at the same great price that they are known for keep up the good work guys and we will for sure be coming backParking: Yes they have handicap parkingWheelchair accessibility: To be honest it might be a little hard for someone in a wheelchair because of they way the front door is set up

Topping only on a 1/4 of my pizza. Manager said only I could get a refund was to bring the pizza back. Was going on vacation the next morning and didn’t have time to return it for about 1 1/2. Said I could “bring it back in 2 weeks for my refund or exchange”. Really! Who does business like this? Not worth the price and got me and my be friend SICK throwing and pooping are pants! Never again!! Not even if I’m a broke boy!! Not worth my hard earned money!

One of the worst places I've ever been to. Pizza is never ready or cold and hard you are better off going to get frozen pizza it would taste and be hell of a lot faster. This place doesn't even deserve a one-star highly recommend going somewhere else.
