Food was good tasting, not big portions or anything. Waitress was great. You can expect a long wait for your food unless you arrive at good timing, but I think that may have to due with staffing or setup, not the cook.

We all had a fantastic breakfast today at Maxine's. The omelettes were cooked to perfections. Fluffy with a consistent color and texture.My corned beef hash &Swiss omelette had plenty of flavor. And I usually need jelly for my toast, but the raisin toast was delicious just how it came buttered.
