At first, they got my order wrong. The receipt had the correct items but the barista just didn’t pay attention. When i took a drink of my order that was frozen instead of a normal steamer, the frozen mystery drink was almost all melted. 2 stars.

This is my pick me up place to go! Everyone is so sweet and kind. Even when I'm having a terrible day they can make it better. And that I appreciateKid-friendliness: I love that they have kid friendly drinks! While I'm getting my favorite drink of the day, I can get my kids a Magic Chocolate Milk. They think it's the greatest thing ever!

Great and friendly service. I'm not a coffee drinker but my fiance is and he loves the selection and the flavors. He usually gets the white teddy on ice but today he got the new cookie butter latte on ice and he says it tastes like gingerbread! He's a fan to say the least.Only 4 stars because it is quite expensive for a cup of coffee. At over $7 for a large it's just more than I like paying for coffee. But the smile on my man's face makes it worth it! We come about twice a month as a treat so it's not too bad on the budget.

Ordered a sandwich and a caramel butterscotch coffee (butter bear) got what tastes like lukewarm drip coffee. I even tipped 20% at the drive through window. Sad. I won’t be back. Jackson coffee & Callahans Coffee you jus got a new customer.

I love Biggby but this one has always been a bummer. They definitely prioritize drive thru customers over the ones right there in front of them. I have seen multiple cars order and get their food before anyone in the cafe does even when people inside the cafe have already ordered 15 mins ago. I have waited in this cafe for an upwards of 20 mins once just waiting for a bagel or donut holes that really aren't that hard to take care of. And they have forgotten some things in my order a few times. The vibe is always off, and the baristas always seem to want to avoid talking to you. My sandwiches are always cold once they get to me. I used to work for a Biggby and I know how things should be done. It’s kinda sad because I absolutely love Biggby and I want to love this one but I just can’t. I’ve always been totally disappointed here.
Went to grab a bagel for dinner while my daughter was at dance. I stopped in 45 min before close, but was told the toaster was already down for the night. I get wanting to start cleaning early, but a toaster doesn't take that long to clean. I wish the staff prioritized serving customers over clocking out at 8:01pm.

This place is so hit or miss. I can’t even count how many times they have given me the wrong coffee or we have had to wait more than 10/15 minutes to get a good coffee. This morning is what triggered the well needed review. I sat at the drive-through for almost 10 minutes and no one ever answered. It sucks because this is the closet Biggby. I guess I’ll try a different location.

I come here every day. Mariah and the other original staff are amazing. Bethany needs to be brought back, she always made our day. The manager brought in is rude. Needs a bit more training in customer service.

Update: unfortunately my opinion of this place is going down hill fast. I visit this specific location because they knew how to make my coffee. An Iced Mocha with 2 extra shots shouldn't taste like a weak chocolate milk!! I am a generous tipper and spend upwards of $150 or more a week here. Unfortunately there are only two barista left who can make my coffee. Thank you Mariah and Gabbie!!! You rock!! I'm disappointed by Bethany's leaving. She always put a smile on my face and is the original barista who made my visits happen daily! I looked forward to seeing her everyday. Sad.
