Tried this place for the first time today. Lela, our waitress, was great, the food not so much. Brisket sandwich was dry as could be. The meat was obviously sliced much earlier in the day and was then warmed up (Brisket should not be sliced until ready to serve to preserve flavor, and should have some noticeable color). The French Dip was mediocre; the roast beef was overcooked, and the Au jus was bland.The sandwiches were priced between $16 and $18, with no sides unless you paid an additional $4 to $6. So, at least $20 for a sandwich and fries. Not a place we'll revisit.

We were sat immediately which was awesome for a busy Friday night. Waited awhile before a waitress came by, but I think she was spread thin. The food and drinks came fairly quickly, the ambiance was nice. The quality of food was ok, portions were ok, the sad part was the quality of the silverware was awful! Total school cafeteria quality. The butter knife in our rolled napkin set was sharper than the steak knife. You have a nice place, nice food, please upgrade your silverware!

You can expect good food at a good price at Ted's. We go there regularly with my dad, because the food is always good. I love the soup and salmon. The burgers look great, but unfortunately I gave them up for health reasons. My dad likes the shrimp dinner, lobster and Mac and my wife like the salmon and walleye. The service is fantastic! Super nice people. The food is served hot and fast. The atmosphere is nice, casual and up beat. A nice bar and a beautiful gas fireplace in the dining room.
We have eaten at Ted’s a hundred times+ over the years (I counted my credit card receipts online). Only three times in 2023. Each time this year, the food has been horrible for at least one of us, and at best mediocre for the rest of us. I so wish they would fix their kitchen. If they finally do so… please have a grand reopening and we will give it another try. I hate to post this. I really want Ted’s to succeed. But to first improve, they need to realize there is a huge problem.

We secured the back room for my wife's surprise party and had over 50 people. The staff was amazing and very attentive. Ted stopped in and thanked us and said happy birthday . It was a great experience and will continue to return. Check them out !

Appetizers are very good. Service is excellent. Nice welcoming atmosphere for book clubs. Highly recommend
