Absolute worst food and customer service...have us meals for takeout that had now sauce and one was wrong chicken, it was almond boneless chicken but we ordered sesame chicken...and when we went back that acted like I did it on purpose....like how did I dry the chicken and make it look like it did when they cooked it, I'll never go back

Spent about $30 on two sweet and sour chickens doesn't taste like chicken and the sauce doesn't have a good flavor to it probably the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten in my life and I've had a lot of different places many different states usually I'm not one to complain about Chinese food I think this is the first bad experience I've ever had with Chinese food.

First time getting Canton Express. I ordered chicken pad Thai and a sweet and sour chicken. Pad Thai was ok. Sweet and sour chicken was very good. Egg roll was good. I will go back.

Horrible carry out! Almond chicken was beat to hell. Stop cooking the chicken in advance and thinking that dipping it in hot oil is going to make it all fresh and new! Never again from this place!

Ordered from here through Uber eats understand it’s thanksgiving and their the only place open but my order was unacceptable then they blamed me and ubereats for not calling them to tell them one of my friend allergies but her allergies was not posted on the menu and they ran out instead of just making what we paid for will be reporting to the health department and BBB because that’s unacceptable they will mess around and kill someone.

The lady that took my moms order her customer service suck. She was rushing and couldn't print out a receipt because she closed out the charge, which I said I wanted a receipt. She didn't charge me the white rice my mom ordered because she was rushing over phone. Then got mad because she messed up. She started getting smart-mouth. She really need to slow down and take some customer service classes. Which I did let her know that.

Egg rolls, crab rangoon and beef lo mein were pretty good. But, they did not make up for some of the worst egg drop soup we’ve had. It was almost like they used leftover dish water with it.. and the sesame chicken also made it to the trash.. it wasn’t fully cooked/didn’t taste right and the broccoli was really old looking.. there’s definitely better options than this
Closed 30 minutes early. Why? They are never open they say they are. Terrible business!!

Ordered fried rice and sesame seed chicken. Very small portions for rice and chicken. The rice was bland and didn’t inculde any vegetables, eggs, or bean sprouts which I asked about over the phone ☹️very disappointed and give you 1 napkin and 1 soy sauce packet. I won’t return!

Have not been here in a few years thought I would try it out again. Ordered general tso lunch combo. Not good at all. 8 pieces of small chicken mixed with the sauce. I ordered medium spice...they forgot the spice. The rice was dry and had no taste at all. The egg roll was pretty good, it did have shrimp in it, if you don't like shrimp I would suggest not getting it. Maybe it was just an off day, maybe I'll be back and try something else. The service was good, the food came out fast as I ordered a carryout. The lady at the counter was kind and respectful.

This is our favorite Asian food restaurant! It is consistently good with very large food portions and the staff are super super friendly! I don't understand any of the negative reviews because I've had several different things from here and never had any issues whatsoever! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great take out ?
