Cold food as usual. I have lived by this checkers for 9 years now and when I get a craving for your fries I am disappointed every time no matter what time of day I order or how I order it. Burger was stone cold too this time. This is why I avoid fast food. Only thing good was my lemonade so that's why I gave 3 stars

very rude employees, consistently get the order wrong. Locks the lobby doors very early and say they don't have the help to keep them open. Third time in the last two months I've tried to walk in the lobby and it's closed. Needs new management.

Has slushes on the menu but says they do not sell them during the fall or winter. You should take it off the menu and not have a huge sign for it if you don’t offer it. Completely rude don’t say thank you or have a nice day nothing just hand you the food and shut the window on your face.

This Checkers used to be really good. I went there and they got my order wrong. I asked for no pickles and there WERE pickles on my burger. I asked for 2 combo meals and an additional vanilla shake. They added the shake to one of my combo meals and then wanted to charge me $2.59 for a separate drink so I just decided to share with my hubby. Once I begin to eat I found my fries were cold (Don't for get the pickles on my burger.) My hubby got chicken and it was cold and hard. It definitely was not just cooked. I believe we got the old stuff that had been sitting there. The cashiers tried to give me a bit of attitude but it was their mistake not mine. I will just go to the Checkers in the city on Cadiux and Harper now. I love their Alexa like order taker in the drive thru. Food is always hot there.I say skip this one unless you are absolutely starving.

Girl at window charged two different charges on my husband's debit card. He called right away-the manager remembered him, but told him to call his general manager. No call back. He calls corporate, days later, gets a call from someone claiming they were from corporate, saying they can't go back thru days worth of receipts, so they can't refund him-go to your credit union. He called right away-they dropped the ball, now they can't refund the money? I call that stealing.
All sign and interior restaurant lights on, restaurant clearly operational, posted hours said open until midnight. I was told by the person at the window at 10:35 pm on Friday October 20, 2022 that they were closed.

Terrible customer service. Lady got 3 items in my order wrong and when I tried to have her replace it or refund it she told me to pay for the items over again. This was the same lady who was out back smoking weed when I was ordering. I don’t give people who can barley make minimum wage my hard working money just so they can screw order after order up and not be held accountable. Will not be going back to this establishment unless I receive a vocal apology from the manager. Absolutely disgusting people and food.

The driver was great. There was no requested sauce. No marinara for the cheese sticks and no blue cheese or honey mustard for the chicken strips. Not the drivers fault the bag was properly sealed.
