While the food is good they are grossly incompetent when it comes to making the orders remotely on time.Why pre-order and prepay just to go there and wait a half an hour to watch your chicken get cooked.

I was a little nervous to order from here, because of some of the negative reviews. I ate at chicken shack a very long time ago at a different location, I give places a chance, so... I ordered online a 15 piece chicken tenders, a tray of potatoes, and a large coleslaw. perfectly cooked and great flavor.Chicken tenders: 3/5 they were seasoned good but a little dry, (I remember their regular bone in chicken was better)coleslaw 0/5. The coleslaw is usually good from what I remember however, it was so sugary! It tasted like someone accidentally added extra sugar, like they forgot they already added it. it's ok mistakes happen. I will come back on another day and order the bucket of chicken instead: )

Went in for large brosted it took 20 minutes people were coming and going they were giving other people patoes maybe it was too hard for them when I asked for no butter on the potatoes The one guy put butter on them and the other guy told him not to cuz I wanted no butter and he laughed about it if they gave refunds like they should have I would have walked out of that door 10 minutes after I was waiting but no you can't even get your money back that's wrong they made me sit there so I didn't leave $8.40 behind I was close to doing that I will not be back at this place I don't think other people should go there either

First time here and waited over 20 mins for an order and it still wasn't ready. Watched multiple ppl come and order but get food before me smh...
I usually order from the 11mile location but since they were closed I ordered from the harper location and I won't be back. Ordered 3 chicken bite dinners, a large fry, rolls and a bottle of sauce. When I placed the online order at 520pm it said 20 minutes for pickup. It took about 45 mins altogether which wasn't a problem until I got home with the food. The chicken was so overcooked that it was unedible. It was rock hard inside and tasted/smelled burnt. It was so bad there's just no way whoever boxed up the order did not notice. I called the restaurant at 620pm for a refund and was told I would have to contact cooperate as they don't do refunds at the store. So they offered to remake the order. They told me it would be 20 minutes. I get to the resturant 20 minutes later and the order wasn't ready. I ended up waiting in store for over 30 minutes. By the time I got home it was almost 8pm. Considering I placed the original order at 520pm and didn't actually get to feed my family until almost 3 hours later, I'm pretty mad. On top of that the order remake isn't as bad as the original but it doesn't look/taste anywhere near like it does on the menu or at the 11mile location.

Ordered two chicken sandwiches online,when I got to restaurant ,they were 5 bucks each ,3 dollars cheaper than mine ....twice over cause I had 2 sandwiches,the kids working there just said yeah it's a little different, a ' little ' different?,try 6 bucks of difference and said that they can't do anything about it ,well I'm telling you ,my combo was 11 and sandwich 8 with tip 22 bucks , I would have changed everything had I been informed,nice scam, every time I come,a problem, sorry ??
