Disappointing. I won’t spend another cent here again. And when I submitted feedback for someone to contact me about my experience I was ignored, TWICE. Their food quality has significantly dropped over the past few years.

Wrote very specific instructions for delivery to be left at the door and please do not knock. The delivery person banged on my door , making the dogs bark and waking a sleeping baby. Exactly what I was trying to avoid and this isn’t the first time they have done

So this was a weird and disappointing visit to Jimmy Johns. A couple of days ago I stopped there on a busy day, and ordered a #9 with extra lettuce, hot cherry peppers, and asked for my receipt. The girl who took my money indicated the receipt would come with the sandwich at the other end of the sandwich prep counter. I watched them roll up the sandwich, and noticing no lettuce, asked if the sandwich had extra lettuce, and the prep guy said it did. So I took his word, left with my lunch, and went to go find someplace to park and eat. Unfortunately, upon opening up the wrapper, I discovered less than normal lettuce, and no cherry peppers. I then realized I had been sent out the door without my requested receipt as well. The stuff on the sandwich was fresh and tasty, but it was not what I ordered, and so that was a disappointment. I have eaten a bunch of Jimmy Johns sandwiches over the past several years, and the guy who built this one probably needs to be taught that other locations are putting the stuff on the sandwiches that the customers request and pay for. This visit was a disappointment, at one location of a franchise outfit that I have mostly been very happy with over the years.

Been ordering for years. Delivery time has gradually gotten longer and longer but yet I’m still 3 miles away. Last straw was when they took 53 minutes to deliver the completely wrong sandwich to the point where I couldn’t eat it. I called the store and I told them it was an honest mistake and I understood and just wanted a credit. Manager OK’d it. Called back a week later to get my credit and they said I don’t have any credit to use.

Solid location providing the same great subs over and over.
Regular visitor of JJ's. First time at this location today and will not be back. Walked in and said hello to the girl at the register and she just stared at me and didn't greet me back. Just stared at me like she had an issue or something. I started talking to place my order and she was flat out rude, had a bad attitude and had the personality of a rock. I had to ask to put in my rewards, had to ask for my receipt, had to ask for my water cup since she didn't talk and clearly hates her job. It was the younger girl with brown and blonde in her hair. I wouldn't want her working for me. So rude for no reason and is a great way to lose customers. Lose customers = lose money. My sandwich's bread was pale white and under-baked which was a first for me at any JJ's location. It was also covered in the greasiness from their gloves while they make it and other food debris that I didn't even order on my sandwich. I ordered a #4 and it had pieces of onion and other types of meat on the underside on the bread. Was disgusting but I already drove out of my way to come here so I said f it and ate it. I definitely will not be back to this location. The employees need a serious attitude check and need training on how to be even slightly friendly. Terrible location. I also didn't see any of the employees wash their hands ever and go straight from the register to putting on gloves to make sandwiches. Gross.
