Heard there were new owners so had to give them a shot and they did not disappoint!! Everyone was super friendly and accommodating!We ordered our pizza well done and it was perfect! Ordered a half and half and everything was correct. Cheese breadsticks are amazing, just the right amount of cheese!This definitely made it's way into our pizza rotation ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tried it today because I new it had a new owner. I had a few bad experiences with the old one as I know many of us did. Well let me tell you it was awesome what a difference. If you love passport pizza but we’re turned off by the old owners way of doing business and his poor quality food give this guy a shot you will not regret it. AWESOME PLACE

Don't waste your money. Last two times overcharged. One of two pizzas burnt. When you call. Mark will argue with you. One star is too many.

I had really high hopes about this joint. When I arrived, the restaurant looked a pretty nice, but to my surprise, it wasn’t. I ordered a classic cheese pizza, my favorite. When it came, it was cold, very greasy, and a little off colored. I asked for a refund but no one offered me service. Just go down the street to dominos, don’t waste your money. I was very disappointed!

If you are not even open don’t allow online orders to be placed at your store. I got a confirmation time and all. I had my kids waiting over an hour for dinner before I called just to be forwarded to a call center telling me that 9 and Mack isn’t open and can’t refund me for a week . Ridiculous, this is the 2nd bad experience with them…owner doesn’t seem to care just do not order from here !!!

Pizza came out cold and I was very disappointed and went to go talk to the manager when I saw a cockroach in the corner of the place. I will never visit this place again.

Passport pizza was quite possibly the WORST experience i've ever had in the restaurant industry. I was given uncooked and doughy pizza, the "meat-lover" pizza I asked for consisted of wet sausage and pepperoni straight out of the freezer. When I complained, they did nothing but yell at me and threatened to call the police. Save yourself the money and the trouble and DO NOT come to passport pizza
