HOLY COW!! This pizza is absolutely amazing. First time trying this place, glad I did. It is so hard to find a good New York style pizza in Metro Detroit. So many places sell “New York style pizza “but they get the crust wrong, this is perfect. I love the big foldable slices, perfect toppings, this place makes me feel like I am grabbing a slice in Manhattan. Coincidence that the guy making a pizza is wearing a Yankee hat? lol. They have a customer for life now. Rays is my go to pizza going forward. So glad I found this randomly on Google. Great work guys!

This is the best pie in the Shores hands down. The NY round is where it’s at, and they nailed it. The sauce is on point. Slightly sweet but not too sweet. Crust is chewy and crispy. The cheese is perfect and adds that slight salty flavor to bring it all together. Add the spicy pep and it’s perfect. Not to mention this is the only place I know of that offers a caprese salad. Nice alternative to the standard antipasto or Greek salad at most pizza joints. It’s my go to spot.

As a New Yorker who hasnt had New York Pizza in 5 years, Rays has come the closest to New York Pizza. I had my doubts as Ive been to many pizzerias and never had anything as good but the people at Rays know what the **** theyre doing back there! Unfortunately I live quite a distance so I cant come often but I will surely return to get another pie.

My friends and I experienced the worst customer service, here. The driver cussed at us because the porch light was off (we explained it was broken), but proceeded to tell us off anyways. We called the store to explain what happened and was told "it was our fault and should have turned the light on", even explaining again it was broke, again. It was truly uncalled for and unprofessional. If we're talking pizza, it was good.
