It's not the best experience. Prepared our order wrong, and the coffee was bitter. Just like the manager. Great customer service is not even a thought. Can I say it's not a clean place. Felt dirty at the drive-through window. Food was not good. I'll never go there again.

The woman with the purple and blue hair is beyond rude to people. I heard her scream at 2 people in line in front of me. She literally yelled " ARE YOU EVEN LISTENING TO ME?" when she was trying to order. She has no patience for the elderly, and rips their heads off when taking too long to try and order. You should not be in customer service if this is how you treat people and start someones day off thats tired and wants coffee. My co workers have stopped coming to this location and I see why.

Every time I go they get the cream wrong. I asked for one cream three sugars in a vanilla iced coffee. It was completely milky and all I tasted was cream. I ask them to remake it and they hand me a drink with an inch or more of vanilla syrup sitting at the bottom and they had an attitude. I took photos and they ate disgusting. I would rather go somewhere else.

The dining room area was dirtyThe food was disgusting I ordered a biscuit egg sandwich it was ice cold . I also ordered 6 bagels with cream cheese did not get the cream cheese and the donuts were stale .I did not receive a receipt as requested - she said it’s in the bag and threw my bagels at me . The attitude was not good and makes me not want to ever go back here

They just feel irritated your even there. 50/50 chance your drink will be right. Then when your drink is wrong they will argue with you that it is right… 3/6 of my last trips the order is wrong. ✌️

Is it really necessary for the employees who are smoking weed on their break to do it in their car parked right in front of the door so that you must get a nose full before and after leaving the store? I mean come on you could at least do it in the back of the parking lot if you MUST be high at work ?

I am frequently disappointed in this particular TH location. The parking lot is more holes than surface. If you pay with cash, the drive-thru people will keep your change without even asking if you want to leave a tip, and more often than not the order is wrong. The staff are frequently just flat-out rude. I work in the area and for some reason go back every now and again hoping it has gotten better, but no. Good thing there's a Speedway just down Harper,not as fancy but at least I'm not getting scammed.

This place has possibly the MOST displeasing, rude people to work in the service industry. Every single time I’ve come here they have been insanely miserable to talk to (even through a 10 second interaction in the drive thru). Once they even handed me a cup of ice and a cup of coffee and told me to make the drink myself. I’m not even joking on this. Absolutely insane how these people are even working here lmfaoPS - drive a little ways away to another one in Roseville. It’s more worth your money and time.

Very rude drive thru. Purposely gave us wrong receipt so we couldn't ID who was on drive thru. I've personally witnessed an employee parked in the handicap spot, no plates or placard, on her phone for 15 minutes while we were inside. Never moved car. Two days later, saw her car parked in handicap again. Next time, I'll call police. This place is a dump in atmosphere and crew attitudes. Worst Tim's I've ever visited.Parking: Staff likes to take up handicap as well as closest to entrance parking, shafting customers.
