Came to this location a month ago and got a frosty, only a frosty as the hubby was craving it, and when it got it the frosty was nothing but foam…Fast forward to a few days ago, hubby was craving one again so we went there. Silly us :P he got the same foamy frosty again…I’d have given the service on its own a five star, but then I think about the employee who got the frosty ready. They knew it was yucky and sold it to us anyways ??♀️ not cool

Got 2 frosty through the drive through. 35 minutes. They were melted. Attendant didn't say a word to us. Don't go there!!!!!!

My girlfriend and I went here for today for lunch and ate inside .OMG it was so cold inside the restaurant we almost left .The place was empty but the drive thru was packed , maybe they don’t care about the inside customers .We both got the Biggie Deal meals and they tasted pretty good , the sandwiches and nuggets were warm but the fries were cold .It seemed the woman working the register had her hands full , Wendy’s should of had someone with her to help out because it took a long time to get our food .We will go back once it’s 70 degrees outside and hopefully warmer inside , unless the crank the A/C up to freeze us out again : )

They completely forgot my 10pc nugget order. And with three little kids I can't exactly turn around. & they won't answer their phones. Literally an employee was banging a metal plate outside the drive through window. Such poor service overall.

Took them 10 minutes just to wait on us food was all wrong taste it okay hamburger buns were a little stale pop machine didn't work at all so it was a tad disappointing

Do not go to this location! We have had multiple bad experiences! The most recent I bought a burger and found a very long hair in it. When I reached out to get the issue resolved the manager told me he could replace the meal or give me a refund. I ask for a refund because I no longer trusted this location after multiple visits in a row being bad experiences. After I sent that he never got back to me and still hasn't after trying multiple times reaching out. I still have received no resolution so I'm just out my money for something I didn't eat.

Since when do you have the store open for door dash only server was rude when I went in to order frosty and as she was eating a frosty said we don't be doing only door dash may as well close the doors if you aren't serving the public last time I will go there and we will go to another Wendy with more pleasant
