Poor workers are always overworked and understaffed but the girls are always nice. I wish they had better structure at this restaurant. It’s a location my in-laws and us use as a meet up spot for trading off the grandkids lmao
Last few times I have been here my bun stale hard, missing the mustard, ice in my root beer - even tho I always ask "no ice please".. this place use to be a good place to eat with great servers. Not the last four visits.. good luck to you if you eat here.

We go to this A & W every time we go up north. We have for years. We ordered 2 of the same meals. Burgers, fries, and rootbeers. After giving the server our orders for the meals, she said, " You want fries with that?" Well, yes. That's what the meal is. A few minutes later she brought our food, handed us the straws but said " the straws are in the bag. " ? she also mentioned that there were napkins in the bag. There were not.
