“Off of 41 in Stephenson, we came upon an "Out in the middle of nowhere & a local favorite" restaurant. We were a bit put off because of the amount of vehicles there (a lot!), My wife went in to see how long the wait would be. She came out and said that the dining room was nearly empty. The Bar area was where most of the people were. Super Yooperized dining room!! The large paper (that came from a big roll on the wall) table covering was fun and a great idea. Crayons would've been a plus! There is a great selection of food and the prices were really nice, we even had dessert! Everything that we ordered was wonderful. Peggy, the owner, was also our server. The Veteran's discount was very generous, 20% I think. Overall, I highly recommend giving them a visit, you'll be quite satisfied.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of parking all around the building. A few kids came in with their parents to eat. The atmosphere was really chill, no crazy rowdiness happening.“

“We went there for a small get-together and we had a great time. The food was on the whole very good and would get 5 stars if the fried stuff wasn't all a bit overcooked. The chicken dumpling soup is very good and is worth the trip if are anywhere near the place. Our server was endlessly patient and helpful.“

“Great experience once again at Saz's. First time trying the gyro. It was delicious, although the pita could have used a bit extra toasting, it didn't fail to delight my taste buds. The old fashions are muddled to perfection! I would highly recommend coming in for great service, food and drinks!Vegetarian options: Pizza, saladKid-friendliness: A happy child was in the booth directly next to us!Parking: Plenty of parkingWheelchair accessibility: Easy access, my husband just had foot surgery!“
