Came here after working out at nearby LA Fitness. Ordered a 5 appetizer dish, and a chicken shawarma wrap. I was struggling to select 5 appetizers that had no onions when Savio the server suggested taboule, and that they make it fresh and can easily leave out the onions. It was wonderful! The shawarma was flavorful with subtle spices - super tasty. I ate half and had a great lunch for the next day. Savio, the young server was well informed on the menu and friendly. Nice kid that steered me to a fine meal. Fresh, healthy, great tasting food!

Wow! Just Wow. I've ate the same plate Beef Gus/Rice/Curry at over 100 Arabic Restaurants. But none of them compare to the taste and cleanliness and top notch service this place has. The Food was unreal I almost ate my plate. This is not a joke! The grilled jalapeño on the side just set it off! Excellent Touch my new friend!

Really great customer service, however food was very salty. Ordered a chicken shawarma that was just leaking everywhere and chicken tenders for my kid. My kid didn't even touch the fries. The tenders were okay. Not sure about the other items there but their chicken shawarma sandwich was not what I expected.

Best chicken shawarma in michigan! You can't get better go for breakfast and have the basterma and eggs! This place is a gem! The guys running it know there food I always enjoy it's and the service is fantastic. The ambiance is of a true middle eastern restaurant.

Really enjoyed all of our food. The lentil soup, and salad were plentiful and tasty. My kebob super sandwich was excellent. We also had hummus with meat and the meat was very tender. Very busy takeout while we ate in. Will definitely be back.

my new favorite middle eastern restaurant! the meat is incredible and everything is so fresh. im so impressed by the cleanliness of this establishment,. the service is polite and accommodating. I strongly encourage everyone to do themselves a favor and enjoy your next meal at Al fafidyn!!

OMG BECKY!!!! Hold the phone no need to go anywhere else for excellent food. I am so super impressed. I have not been going out as much because of covid. This place was so wonderful. The food was melt in your mouth good. We ordered the beef and chicken shawarma sandwiches they were so delicious. The beef meat was the most tender I have ever had. The chicken was seared perfect and soft. The lentil soup was warm and inviting. She gave us some homemade bread with hummus. It was like a velvet slice of heaven. Creamy and full of flavor. The cucumber salad is a must. I forgot the name. The server will know. Plus she gave us two waters. Our bill was just under 20.00. They are so accommodating too. Everything I asked for she gladly gave to us. They will make you feel just like home. Nice open layout too. If you follow me you know I tell the truth. Enjoy my friends. This is our new spot.

Called our food over an hour in advance get there to wait 10 min in store to be told I have another 15 min or so....people in the kitchen standing eating watching me while I wait.... first and only time from me. If you live in the area plenty of other Mediterranean cuisine you can go to with much better sense of urgency.

When we are talking about the best Arabic food in the US we always think about Michigan! picking a new resturant with no reviews is kind of risky coz there are a lot of resturants offering same kind of food! After a hair salon visit we decided to give it a try. The food was very good. It gives us that feeling of original Iraqi food's test. Wamedh and the other lady served us very well. I highly recommend it and for sure will come back to eat again

I got a 4 persons platter today , the food was bland and over cooked. Barely chewable. I also found a plastic strip in the rice , this could've ended horribly , should be more careful .Not coming back or recommending
