Worst customer service! Can’t understand a word he said at the drive thru. Extremely unprofessional. Got the order completely wrong. Will never go back to this location. Definitely need some management to apply proper

This place microwaves their food. I pulled my food out of the bag and it was literally burning my hand it was so hot. The wrapper stuck to the food as I opened it. The wrapper was almost melted to the food. Absolutely disgusting.

December 31, 2023. We ordered the new Sh'room burger combo and a fish sandwich. The fish tasted old, was soggy and was literally falling apart in the bun. The Sh'room caused explosive stomach distress. The entire experience was less than one star.

The worst place ever, if I had the option to give zero stars, I would.The cashier is an educated at all on their policies.He told me that I cannot use more than one coupon per order, so I asked him if I pick up and come back again in the line for drive-through pick up, would I be able to use my other coupon? he said no, he mentioned that I have to walk in person in the store to use both coupons. Not one time, not two times, but three times that he mentioned to me that the only way to use two coupons is by coming inside the store.It’s worth mentioning that there was no one in the drive-through, but my car.So I placed one order and I went to pick it up and when I asked for the manager he told me that the cashier is aware that the customer can come back again in the line to place another order with the coupon but he misspoke!!!!Then I ask him to educate his cashier about the policies of BK.The manager told me that he informed the cashier that the customer can come in in the drive-through again to use another coupon, but the cashier misspoken.So the manager had informed his cashier that the customer can come again in the drive-through to use another coupon for another order, and yet the cashier told me that I cannot use the second coupon in the drive-through again with another order, but I have to go inside the store to use it!!!!it’s either the manager has no word on his staff where they don’t follow his instructions or maybe having uneducated cashiers of their company rules that are ruining The reputation of Burger King.Incident happened around 6:20PM December 23rd 2023

I eat at Burger king I occasionally I'm more of a morning person so it's not often that I get out and eat lunch and dinner. Fast food but when I do it's pretty common that I'll crave junior whopper or chicken fries or specially onion rings. But they got to be hot, fresh and crispy. And definitely with the zesty sauce. Just make sure when you order the onion rings you double check that they just came out of the fryer because if not you're going to regret it and have a bad experience lol. But this last time the onion rings were just rightParking: Efficient amount of parking spots

Sat behind a car in drive thru for 5 minutes. Finally that car pulls away and I’m told hold on a minute. 5 minutes goes by and I say Hello. Told to hold on still. 10 minutes later the cars behind me are leaving and I pull away as well. There were only 2 customers inside so they weren’t busy. No wonder BK’s are closing!!

Well, I have to say I haven't been to a Burger King before where I was seen to be standing at the counter by at least one employee AND a manager, left to wait for 3-5 minutes and no one even said hello. (I was the only customer in the restaurant.) I could see the manager packing a drive thru order but didn't even get a nod of acknowledgement. The food was ok, fries were nice and hot, sandwiches were tasty, it was just the complete lack of interaction that annoyed me. (If it matters it was about a $45 transaction.) NOT the typical Burger King experience I've had elsewhere.

I gave them an extra star because there was construction that basically blocked everyone off.. BUT... I ordered a spiderman whopper and they didn't have the Swiss cheese, ok no problem, then we sit down and our fries are cold, two minutes after sitting down one of the employees starts WATCHING ME from behind the counter.We hurry and eat, my son has to pee so I let him use the male restroom by himself, the employee that was WATCHING ME has followed me to the side door and is trying to ask me out, while I'm trying to take care of my son and just have a day out....
