Management chooses to exclude in app offers regularly advertised by corporate even though it drives my business there. Considering I go twice a week and the Vandyke franchise is just as close it will be my go to until they change their policy. Their loss.

I been to this Burger King before no problem but today it was terrible me and along with 3 others cars had to wait for our drive thru order ( it was after 2pm not really lunch hour) and when I received it it was cold and not what I expected I’ll think twice about going back to this location

Review on the Mound Rd Sterling heights Burger King. Location was decent but not the cleanest. The service wasn’t the best and neither was the food that I asked politely to be made fresh.

Overcharged me. When I mentioned it they got all mad. Took off with my credit card. After 5 minutes of nobody including the manager being able to figure it out they got the order wrong again. No receipt of course so I'll figure what they charged me the second time adding another sandwich. When I finally got my turn at the second window it had been a good while and the manager the skinny foreign guy who was short with me every interaction says "pull up" starts yelling at me like I'm his kid lol. I get the speed of a service time was down. That's because you guys are slow. Yelling at all the customers to pull to the side that only ordered one thing doesn't make any sense. Manager sticks out my bag of food after I was polite every exchange and just says "yup" and acts all tough. Food was cold. Sandwich was soggy. Overcharged me twice. Tried to get a free boxing lesson from me. Who you gonna complain to the manager? Lol. All you can do is laugh. This is the quality of people working here. It's silly. Only go here if you're desperate or you like a little light abuse from 100 angry foreigners.

So I went here for lunch ordered a bacon king plain only the cheese and meat... I got a king no bacon with condiments. Now I'm not a genius or anything. But I'm pretty sure plain means exactly that plain, no condiments. And I'm pretty sure bacon falls under the meat category. It's very concerning that you're employees Do not know

I came through the drive thru and was the only car and had to wait 10 whole minutes to get my order taken. That was ok, I figured something important was going on. So when I placed my order finally, the man taking it was incredibly rude and snarky. When I went to pay I asked what took so long and he said in a snarky voice “I was on my break” and snatched my money. His name was Jeremy. He needs to learn some manners.

i came in last night and the man who took my order was incredibly rude. i ordered a whopper with a water and he condescending asked me if i was sure i needed it. i decided to let it go even tho it really bothered me. but i’ve been thinking about it and i guarantee i’m not the only customer he’s been rude too. if i was a manager there, i’d fire him immediately!
Jeremy is the worst cashier/order taker I have ever seen in my entire life. Left me feeling insulted after I left and swore at me. Will never be returning to this location as long as Jeremy is still working there, should be fired.

When you charge your customers to put cheese on their burger, you better make sure there's actually cheese on the burger when I order it with cheese. And no, I'm not driving all the way back out to your store for a piece of cheese. Just be better about actually putting cheese on things that require cheese. Better yet, start putting cheese on by default and just stop charging for it. Nowhere else makes you pay extra for cheese on a burger.
