Went for lunch. Wasn't impressed. Maybe dinner is the better time to go.

My friend and I tried Carabbas for the first time on my birthday. What a great time. Food was excellent, atmosphere was very pleasant, and Vince, our server was fantastic. We'll be returning soon on a regular basis. You made my birthday special. Thanks so caring.

Today was my first time coming to eat at Carrabba's and the food was amazing, real 100% Italian food, our sever Kathy went over and beyond to make sure we was very happy, she explained everything to us, we had a great conversation, I told her that I am a chef and I worked in several restaurants and the food there was above all of them, fresh pasta and sauce makes a dish taste so good, I will be bringing my mom there to eat, I will come on the days that Kathy works, she deserves 2 thumbs up, please let her know that I appreciate her service.Wheelchair accessibility: Hey they are ADA for anyone in a wheelchair and the tables are big

Tried to go out for Valentinsday. Joined the waitlist and drove over. Waited 40 minutes there for our table. Sat 15 minutes waitkng for our drinks and left. They need to be better prepared for rushes. Staff was nice, but I was not going to wait another hour to get my food.

Great Italian food at a fair price. Had the chicken Parmesan which was good and cooked to perfection. The portion was enough to satisfy my hunger. The broccoli was steamed to perfection and not soggy. Ceacer salad was fresh and cold.I also order a 2nd dinner to go for their special price of $10. It was also a chicken Parmesan with broccoli and taste good reheated the next day.The table bread was fresh in which we ordered some butter with it even though I was satisfied with my olive oil and spices that accompany the bread. The waitress was great and on the ball!

I was really bummed out about this experience. My husband and I met for dinner, and we were seating promptly. Which I was pleasantly surprised about since it was dinner time on a Friday. Our waiter was polite and nice. They brought us our waters and my husbands Old Fashioned, they brought us a basket of bread and the seasoning for the oil, but no olive oil. I ended up grabbing some from another empty table, which was a little annoying but whatever. Then our food came out like rapid fire, so soup then a few minutes later entree. Soup was very good, the entree not so much. My steak was bloody in the middle after asking for medium well. Our server did come as if I wanted it put back on the grill, took my plate and brought it back a few minutes later. Still not done enough, but never came back to ask. Every time he would go to walk by our table he’d turn and go another way, almost felt like he was avoiding us. He came by to ask if I wanted a box, very clearly most of the food hadn’t been touched as my sides came back cold with my steak. Never refilled our drinks, my husband had to ask him for a new drink. For the price you expect better and this fell extremely short of expectations. Very disappointing when the best part of the meal is the bread and olive oil.

Just ordered the chicken trio and one of the pieces of chicken WAS RAW! This was a curbside order.. I also ordered a pop and it was super watered down! I can tell they had my pop sitting for a long time instead of getting my pop when I pulled up from my order! And to top it off there was no plastic ware in the bag! Refund please, now!

It’s a hit or miss depending on the people working but every time i have ellen she is such a sweetheart and makes sure everything is perfect and even gives us extra bread. Make sure to ask for her for your carryout orders.
