I was very disappointed ,server did not wash hands before preparing my ice cream,the brownie was stale and bits of what I suspected of coconut was in my founder’s favorite . I tossed a lot of the contents because it was not fresh and lacked the caramel & pecans that I expected for that flavor .

I just pulled up to this location 20 minutes before close and the guy sitting on the counter motions that they’re closed. That’s absolutely ridiculous to turn away customers 20 minutes before it closes. They were just being lazy. Won’t be back.

Did not receive my full order and it seemed like they could not get it together to deliver the rest of my order. I ended up having to cancel it. The manager on duty did not have the authority to send out the rest of my order nor was thei communication between him and his boss effective enough to let me know what was happening with the order. I ordered through their online service and not through DoorDash or anyone else. Beware

I went in to a line of customers waited my turn and when it became my turn all 3 employees on the shift ignored me with my companion for up too 5-7 mins after clearing the line ahead of us. Each one walked pass with not so much as a greeting. They did not acknowledge us until my partner rang the bell when arriving to the register the cashier huffed and puffed with an attitude. The couple behind us got service almost immediately after walking up to the counter. I don’t want to refer to race but it seems that there was a problem there. I would recommend more training for those employees because the customer service was terrible.

Hi everyone. There is this red headed girl that did fantastic on my Oreo ice cream! She was really sweet and did not push me to make a choice fast. Really patient. I think she should get a raise. I will definitely be coming back here soon!

This new girl red hair with green eyes is super nice. I’ve been going to this cold stone for a little while and noticed they hired a new girl. She is a really nice employee and she was really sweet. I must go back to tell her I reviewed for her. I hope she gets some type of bonus. Amazing worker! 10/10

New young lady there puts no love into making ice cream creations. She has the red hair and glasses. My husband and I came in from Beaumont Hospital. He had just recovered from a procedure and he wanted Cold Stone. He couldn't drive due to anesthesia so I drove. We got there and he wanted the Oreo Overload with crumbles over the top of it to jazz it up a bit. You know...make it look pretty ?. She scooped the ice cream and slapped it on the stone, took 4 Oreos and crunched them into it turning and flipping the ice cream, scooped it up and slapped it into the bowl used the metal spoon to scrap a little off the stone and slick it onto the side of the bowl and was ready to slap the lid on it. Hubby asked her then if she could do some crumbles on top and she said "you got 4 whole Oreos, we don't have cookie crumbles, you want me to crunch up another Oreo?" He said again, could you sprinkle some on top? She replied " I can put chocolate chips on it" and he said "ok cool". She them slapped the lid on, sped to ring it up, didn't ask for rewards number. He paid cash she gave change and almost tossed the bag to him and as she walked away "have a good day".If I come back into this location on 15 (I think) and VanDyke and she is there...I will walk back out.

Just ordered from GrubHub and paid $14.58 for Ours size and it is only 2/3 full. That is ridiculous if you're only getting 2/3. Like they're losing money by filling the container. So if you divide $15 into 3 they owe me $5 since it is only 2/3 full. I mean for what I paid for it you think you could fill the container?This used to be my favorite Cold Stone.
