whoever answered the phone when I called up there some kid, he was rude and had a real attitude problem, you don't tell the customer to shut up when they're trying to tell you how they want their food that they're paying for!

Ordered one pizza bread bites and lava cakes 3 hours in advance for a 545 pick up. Order was finally ready at 630. Forgot to put the bread bites in the oven with the rest, then instead of letting me know the mistake was gonna add even more time the employee discreetly tells another employee, the missing item from Order just got put in oven. Never any communication to the customer of the EXTRA delay.

Really dissapointed with the service . Placed an order for delivery and received it an hour later as we had to cancel it and return it when the driver came to deliver, given that we are just 5 minutes away from the store . The manager’s running the shift should be taught what is customer service and how situation’s are handled. Hope this never happens to anyone else . Definitely will not order from here anymore .

Zo the GM is awesome. He went above and beyond. I was a little out of there delivery range but he excepted my order anyways and Offerd me a coupon. My order was kinda a pain since i orderd a ton of differnt wings.He was very patient with me.
