Zero stars,the one on van dyke is full of the dumbest,liars on the planet..first they forget the one item the entire planet gets on every pizza,then lies about replacing it,Sharon is ur life that miserable that u lie about replacing my pizza,does it make ur life any better?I want what I pay for ,ur whole staff are pos plain and simple

Upon picking up our 2 pizza online order, my husband was verbally shamed for not leaving the employees a tip for making our pizza...and then pressured to do so. This is absolutely unacceptable. If your employees' hourly pay rate is not sufficient to feel adequately compensated for their work, they need to be speaking with their boss and NOT your customers. The employees didn't even physically take our order, or deliver it. But still felt entitled to extra money out of MY pocket. That is disgusting and disturbing behavior. We will be taking our business somewhere else from now on.

Ordered pepperoni duo large 9.99 when I called they could not take my credit card. i was told to come in and pay and they will offer 9.99 pizza. i was charged $13 for 9.99 pizza. never again will I shop to hear lies. make it right for us.

Wife like the gluten free from this location (not sure if they bring in differe or crusts at other locations). Its always been ready in under 30 minutes and havent had an order wrong yet. Only mild complaint is the lettuce for salads and subs can be a little sad looking at times.
I feel bad rating a 1 star for food because I usually love their pizza, and I didn’t get food from this order to rate. I tried ordering a pizza from their website and from the app, but they were both down. I called and ordered online, the representative who answered said they could honor the online coupon due to the site being down. Took my name and number for the order. Waited in the parking lot for my order time to be up, walk in and they stated they couldn’t honor the coupon, and when questioned, they stated they didn’t even start cooking the pizza. I was not called, even though I left a number, to be informed they couldn’t honor the coupon (even after being told they could sue to the app and site not working) so even if I wanted to still purchase my pizza, they NEVER started it. The worker apologized but there was no resolution and unfortunately I left without my order.

So I ordered a green pepper and bacon pizza and got a pepperoni pizza. Called and was told ill get a replacement pizza in 3 hours once they can get a driver. No one ever showed up. At least give me a refund.

I have deleted my previous response because I have given them a second try and I couldn't be more pleased . As a matter of fact I'm here for lunch which is actually my dinner break at least 3 times a week now ! Classic 73 is my new favorite and subs are extraordinary !Customer service is fantastic ! You guys have definitely changed my mind ! My new favorite for pizza !

Warning.. Do not eat at this location you will get sick. The store manager dates the chicken wrong doesn’t wash your hands. Smoke cigarettes in the store. I have pictures and proof. Everything’s dated wrong. They’re using expired food.
