The casheirs during the morning shift never greet or say hi when i say hi. They are always on the phone. To me, this is disrespectful. No wonder why the store is very slow compared to other mideast markets, I am a manager in a gas station, and I know what's the meaning of respect is to be a customer.

When it comes to customer service most middle eastern markets lack that and here it is no exception. I guess rudeness is in their culture.They forget that this is America not a middle eastern country. Language is a big barrier too. They always treat their own people differently because they speak the same language but, they are discriminative against others.

This store manages to keep prices reasonably priced. Excellent product variety, I get all my spices here.

Jerry's produce isn't perfect or beautiful like you'll find that a Kroger or something, but it's a great value. Plus they have a number of items that are more specialized geared towards Middle Eastern cuisine. They have a vast assortment of nuts and dried fruit. Also a bakery, and they make falafels!
