Young man came out of the back wiping his nose with his finger asking how he could help . I said by returning to whatever you were doing cuz I don't want snot on my sandwich please lop. The 2 young ladies in front did a great job but that kind of ruined it for me .

1st timer at JMS. Ordered 2 Italian subs, Mikes way with asiago bread. Crunchy bread, lots of meat, lettuce and fresh tomatoes. One of the best subs I have had seriously, will be going back!

This place doesn't know how to take instructions properly for the third time they've gave me the wrong sandwich. Buyers beware , just when you think you're getting the sandwich that love and enjoy, guess again. Stay away from this location. People that work there are stuck on stupid. And they are the sloppiest out of all the locations.

We dine on here often. The subs are all very good and the service is good as well. The big complaint I have is that all the tables, every time we go there are all dirty. I have to wash my table down with my hand sanitizer or wet down some napkins with water from the bathroom to wash the table. Doesn't matter what time of day, if they're busy or not the tables are always dirty from prior guests.

Ordered a grilled portable mushroom sub. Received cold, hard mushrooms, soggy bread loaded with seasoning. Disgusting ?.

Jersey Mikes Hall Rd west of Hays. Worst sub I ever had. Bland, on flavor. Firehouse & Subway both 10 times better. This place is a BIG RIP OFF. I give it a minus 4 star rating.

Got a gluten free and a regular. Who ever made the gluten free in the back area was really really skimpy on the meat. For 20 dollars for a gluten free large there should be more then 8 slices of meat. Yes I opened it and counted it was just meat and cheese with. Nothing else i will be back but will make sure the blonde doesn’t touch it. The regular sub on white bread was filled with meat. The consistency is very off

Friday night 8/18, place seemed short staffed (I hope) with only 3 people. They were super busy, my order came out about 20 minutes late. My review is for the 2 girls working. The one on the grill just kept cranking out sandwiches, even though you could see she was frustrated. The other was super pleasant and just kept smiling. I was super impressed with these girls, the guy was good too. Anyway, I dropped a $20 tip to show my appreciation. Hopefully the management will tell them of this review and it will brighten their next shift a little bit.

When you spend an average of $12 a sandwich, I would expect more than 3 oz. of meat on a regular sandwich.
