I have ordered my pizza from this location for over 20 years. Today I called and they refused to use the coupon ( on line was not working). They have always taking the coupons no problem! They lost me as a customer…. I found another one same distance that 14 and Ryan is from my home … real sad… you lost a great paying customer!

This place used to be the best jets around. Now I get raw dough in my jet boat. Not under cooked. I would have dealt with that. Raw. Like it came from the fridge.

Jets has been steadily going down hill. It's hit or miss whether or not they give you a good pie. Mostly a miss. Better off hitting a mom and pop shop for better quality. If jets got back to their roots it might actually be good again

Awful experiences at this location lately. Last time the employees just casually walked by the front counter without talking to the customers waiting at the register. There were two of us just sitting there. My most recent visit they forgot to make my pizza/gave it to the wrong person. Which I talked with the manager about. However when I got home it felt like they rushed the pizza to get me out of there instead of making a good product. It doesn’t seem fully cooked to me. But hey they gave me some additional wings for the extra wait and half cooked pizza.
Now these people know just how I like my food. Well done and crispy and full of flavor.
