This Kpot (Sterling Heights) is is superior in every way. The staff was prompt, helpful, informative, and very friendly. We had Mads for our server. She is great and I would recommend requesting her if you go. The food is better than the other locations that I have been to. The food comes out so fast after sending the order. I get the spicy soup base. I when I say it was 3 times better than our previous go-to location(because this is our new go-to location)I would be lying because it was 5 times better!!! The restaurant is not smokey like the other location because they have exhaust vents in the grill that takes the smoke away. I cannot say anything negative about this location. The waiting area can get a little crowded at busy times.

I would love to give this place five stars because the food was amazing as were the servers . We came in with a large group for a birthday dinner and the food not the servers didn’t disappoint , however , my biggest issue was the management. The staff, servers and bus boys were beyond busy and honestly busting their behinds to keep all the customers satisfied . We asked the manager twice for assistance , once for napkins at which time he refused to get them himself he called someone from bussing tables to bring napkins . When we asked him if he could take a picture of our group he stated “ I’ll get someone to do that for you “ while he proceeded to walk with his hands behind his back and do nothing . He grabbed a bus boy that was bussing tables , prepping for customers that were patiently waiting to be seated to take a picture of us . Coming from someone that worked in the industry it was sad to see someone that was not a team player !
