Placed order online, given time of 6:03 pm for pickup. Arrived at 6:11, nobody at pickup window. After waiting several minutes, pulled into parking lot and went inside. Nobody at the counter or visible behind. Had to call out before someone came out to give me my order. When I told her there should be somebody up front to see if customers are there, all I got was a blank look. On top of that, there was no salad dressing with the salad I ordered. Looking at the other comments here, I'm not the first to receive poor customer service here.

Honestly won’t be back. They sold me a salad and then told me they didn’t have the dressing for it. Well I waited for my lunch and didn’t want to wait to order something else so I told them I wanted a refund only for the girl to try and short change me lol. I won’t be back.

No complaints about the food. However, as I was standing at the register to place an order, an employee ignored me in fairly ridiculous manner. After I’d already been waiting there for a bit, she emerged from the kitchen, opened the cash register, fiddled around with the money inside, never looked at me, recognized me or offered anything, and eventually walked away. Several moments later, another employee came over to the register to help me.What was that? Laziness? “Not my job”? It was lame, whatever it was.

I got the choose 2... 1/2 New Yorker and asked for no spicy brown mustard, and a Cuban with no onion or pepper. The Cuban was made correctly, however the New Yorker (which was my lunch), came with what seemed like a double dose of brown mustard... couldn't even eat it. I'm told the Cuban was very good, however. I was looking forward to getting a pickle, but they forgot...at least I have chips to eat
I came here during lunch today for the first time.I'm confused on why there are three different entrances, but only 1 of the entrances are unlocked during business hours? There's no signage to explain this.I tried to go into the double door entrance, and that was locked. Then I walk to the left of that, that was locked as well. It's quite embarrassing.I didn't realize the small door to the right of the double door was the main entrance. Usually a double door entrance indicates that is the main entrance.I would suggest improving your signage to show that the main entrance is the small door that is right of the double doors.Why have 3 entrances if the small door on the right is the only one to enter out of?
