This place is insanely over priced and to get anything on your sandwich you have to get extra and pay even more for something that is already over priced. The staff is very nice and friendly but they changed the menu again and it wasn't for the better.

Terrible experience on 3-5-24. No bagels at 10am. Literally 3 chocolate chip and one blueberry. Chicken and rice soup had consistency of pudding. Super disappointed!! How can a bagel place have no bagels at 10am??

I don’t appreciate some of the loitering that goes on here ! Staff is nice , but definitely need help. It’s unfortunate it’s so hard to find help. Food is almost always prompt . They have been really trying to improve this

I bought two soups yesterday and the chilli tasted spoiled and made me sick to my stomach.The flavor was not there in my chicken and wild rice soup.Very disappointed because Panera was my favorite.

$70 delivery order. Driver “Mirna” pulled in front of my house, sat in her car for 5 minutes before marking my order “delivered” and leaving. Order was never delivered. I’m not sure if they use a 3rd party delivery service but this is on panera and is unacceptable .
